MIV Marathahalli — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I had birthday party on Saturday night. Food was good 👌 but the management was not good at all.

Didn't provide a waiter to cut and serve cake. No paper plates, no spoons. After asking for many times they provided even though I mentioned these things during booking. Starters was provided 45 mins late. Dinner was not kept in order like chicken was kept first then after 3 items they kept kulcha. There was no one to refill the empty containers . So I had a tough time as continuously I was rushing to the kitchen and informing them ... They were refilling it after 5 mins. Veg - nonveg was not mentioned infront of the food ... Not even item name . Most worse thing was the desert(gulab jamun) was not served, when I asked them to serve they informed me that the full container was dropped by one of the staff. They didn't arrange any alternative sweet... They served brownie as a replacement for sweet. One of the AC was not working ..... After telling also no action. I was very very disappointed with all these things... Can't even think of this kind of event management. So before booking party hall pls keep these...

No option below 1 star. Thats why i am giving a star. Had a Very pathetic experience from this restaurant. I ordered one alfahm chicken half and an American chopsy , and while having we got a piece of utensil scrubber(steel wool) and informed waiter. He told that, he will change the dish and will give a new one. We agreed and wait for the dish to deliver. Aftr 3 minutes he bought american chopsy with the same quantity we left before. I doubted if this is the same which i complained or not. I didn't had it. And ordered scheshwan chicken dry. I got a fishy tasted chicken. When i complained about this, waiter didn't mind it. He were very careless to my complaint. Then i went to restaurant owner and complained about the same. He asked chef to check this. And chef shouted on me like iam the person who does the mistakes. They were very rude to me and given the bill for all the items. I don't know if somebody is having this steel wool without knowing, bcz the interior dark and low light.

This is my first experience in my life. Pls don't go here. Pls don't suggest anyone.

Very rude behaviour Unclean...

The restaurant was full of smoke when we entered. No one seemed to be bothered about where that was coming from or how to eliminate The guy who took our order literally took it down on a bill that had just been paid by the customer on the next table (in the Kalyan Nagar branch of the same restaurant, the waiters were very professional) The food was literally dumped on our plates as the waiter needed the serving dish back Quantity of food in comparison to the Kalyan Nagar branch was very very poor Quality of food- for the first time in my life I had sour paneer butter masala, the baby corn was literally taken out of the fridge and not even properly heated. It was very very clear. Though I ordered masala kulcha, I was given paneer kulcha which was clearly returned by some other customer.

Everyone is in a hurry here and no one is doing the job they're supposed to do. I loved moriz after I visited the Kalyan Nagar branch and now, after this visit to the marathali branch, I'll probably never go to this...
