Cheater fraud looter.How cheap you people are. death by chocolate by them means 2 scoop ice cream and literally half piece brownie and water mixed chocolate syrup price at around 185 rupees.I have Eaten death by chocolate at various cream stone branch but this marathahalli Cream stone branch is THE Worst.here served ice cream cup was half around 40% but in other cream stone branch you will find they will fill complete cup around 80% and serve you.I am never going to cream stone marathahalli again. The staff and cash counter guy are very ignorant .they simply turn their deaf ears to you. I think they follow same with all type of ice cream they serve here to customer.reducing quantity,taste and minting money from customer with zero regret.they don't have sense, when you people made a mistake you must convince customer or you may sometime give complimentary or replace if served ice cream or food is bad. MESSAGE to Cream stone marathahalli, Improve or else you will loose customers and you marathahalli cream stone gonna give very bad name to entire cream...

Very unprofessional behaviour by staff. I rarely give 1 star but these guys just are the worst. When we first went in we started looking at the charts and they said please take a seat inside.

When we went inside for the first ten mins nobody came to take the order. Then we went to front desk to tell them our order and they again said somebody will take order inside. Then I pointed to a guy who went inside the counter and he kept showing me 1 minute gesture. For the next 10 mins he kept showing 1 min gesture like 7-8 times.

We got tired and left the place. Nobody even bothered to stop us.

I believe this place is for the people who order late and stay late. I saw some people working with corporate laptops. None then had any ice cream and I did not see any one bothering to order. I'm sure the ice cream here is great but I'll never know now. Monthly 6 times atleast I am visiting this shop from few years . I ordered chocolate overdose ice cream large, he gave me small ice cream why I am telling is there is no difference between small and large especially overdose flavour . I asked them immediately why you gave me small one instead of large . He said that is large only not small . He is giving reply like this . I know the quantity which one is large and small . He is teaching me . And manager is simply changing his words with in fraction of seconds . Why I am giving review is I came from 7kms long . I gave complaint atleast they did not provided me another ice cream instead of that. And the manager is worst guy simply changing the words with in seconds . Thanks creamstone . I don't want to visit anymore. Worst experience ever.
