I wish Google had 0 star option. Today being a weekend just wanted to spend it with a simple chocolate cake but that turned to be a nightmare. My 2yr old son had the cake we bought from multicakes. In 2yrs he never vomited for eating outside food since he started eating solid food. Me and my wife too had and found that the cake wasn't fresh enough to consume so didn't eat more that half a piece of the 2 slice cake. My son had 2-3 bites and in an hour he started vomiting. It was so horrible to see our child sulk and crying. MULTICAKES, you need to have social responsibility and ethics to run your business. People come to you for a quality product. For the sake of 150-200 rupees dare you play with others lives. Keep in your mind that children and elderly people do eat the cake you sell.

We had a terrible experience with Multi Cakes. We ordered a 2kg customized cake, but they insisted on 3kg for design reasons. We placed the order 3 days in advance and informed them about our travel plans, yet they delayed delivery by 3 hours, causing us a significant loss. The design was not as discussed, and after cutting the cake, we were extremely disappointed. We requested White Forest flavor, but they gave us a plain cake with just cream. It felt like a scam.
