A restaurant cheating customers and following illegal business practices. Pizza taste is worst compared to other pizza hut outlets. No receipt/bill given for cash payments. Delivery takes more than 30 minutes. Customer care does not respond to customer grievances.
Had been to your restaurant today for a take away order. My son had gone to your restaurant and haces.d placed an order. Order took more time than usual for delivery, later when asked for a Bill (Paid Rs. 930), Have no idea of the break-up and when asked for the bill. Your executive Mr. Ajeeth (name as said by your executive) told arrogantly on phone that the bill will not be given and the bill would come to the mobile number after an hour or so. Only bill given was some Takeaway-FCD Chk No. 10865 (photo attached) Went directly to your restaurant and the tone of your executive changed on seeing me. Told him to speak properly and respectfully with the customers. Also told him as per Govt. rules, the restaurant is supposed to give a Bill which he said cannot be given as per Pizza Hut. Would like to know as to Why Pizza Hut is not giving Bill for the Order taken? How will the customer know regarding the cost of the items ordered ? Would like to know how can you run a restaurant without giving a Bill to the Customer and under what Govt. law is this being done. Bills are always given in Domino's Pizza and even had got a bill from your Pizza Hut - Forum City Mall Outlet. This is not correct nor ethical practice being followed by your J.P. Nagar Outlet. Would like an explanation and the reason for denying the customer the Bill.
NOTE: In response to the Owner Reply. Had sent a mail on 9th May when Bill was not received after 60 minutes. Sent a mail again after your response in the Google Reviews along with the contact numbers. Sent a reminder again on 12th May. To Date you have not replied nor answered my query. Clearly shows you are Cheating your customers at your restaurant by not providing the Bill which is mandatory as per business ethical policies. Read moreI felt like a short night drive and eating some mediocre Indian pizza... So the bar for 5 stars was just that... But pizza Hut managed to bungle even that. I checked the timings on Google, it said open till midnight. So I drove over at 10:30pm and walked up to the counter. The attendant told me dine-in was closed, only take away available... 1 star removed for misleading information to customers. So i went ahead and ordered 2 pizzas and a drink for takeaway. The waiting time was reasonable. They said the takeaway is ready so i walk up to the counter and it's just 2 boxes and the drink. No bag. I ask them for the bag and they charge me 10 bucks for it. The plastic ban doesn't exempt you from being a reasonable retailer to your customers. You are obliged to at the very least provide a means for us (paper bag) to carry our food. 1 star removed for horrible customer experience. The attendant then refuses to put my drink in the bag because the bag would tear due to the moisture on the drink. 1 star removed for making me pay for a useless bag now. So the chain has made me drive out to their outlet by misleading me to believe they were "open", forced me to order a takeaway instead, did not package it, and made me pay for a bag that's not functional. I reach home with the bag and sit down expecting mediocre pizza, but the pizzas are inedible, with over burnt onions and pizza sauce that tastes stale and no ketchup sachets. 1 star removed for food that was even worse than what you'd expect. Overall the customer experience at pizza Hut was abysmal and is possibly the only thing worse than their pizzas. Later we were served the pizza and they repeated it kindly, till this point everything was fine and then the server Mr.Abhilash was really rude and used cuss words and humiliated us infront of other customers for asking to repeat the order. Eventually the manager Mr.Arun Jagdev intervened and he told us it's store policy to not serve more pizzas if the crust is not finished by the customer, this was neither mentioned in the T&C nor informed by the staff before buying the meal all this happened because of the inedible crest of the pizza which was brittle, oily and filled with flour. So I called the Customer care immediately and they told there is no such policy and you can have how many ever pizzas you want. As this argument was not yielding any result I asked the store manager to call the area manager. I called the area manager 4times without any response and maybe it was my fortunate day that area manager Mr.Renjith kannan picked up the call and he was worse on the call than the server. He abused me verbally on the call ( I have the call recording). So the whole evening was ruined by Pizza Hut. Mr.Renjith started talking in singular with me and was unrespectful. So I need a prompt response from your end. Otherwise I will be forced to file a case against all the people mentioned here and pizza hut for fraud and cheating the Customer.
