If there was a zero star rating I would have given them that. Its that horrible. Zomato Gold Members BEWARE, there’s only 4 food items in the food menu available for gold members. I went along with two of my friends. So we ordered one chicken shawarma plate, one chicken magdoot and one chicken mazboos. First, the order took so long to reach the table. Second when they gave us the bill they didn’t deducted the second highest item. Third the person at the counter was too rude to us and he said for zomato gold members they don’t accept card payment. For gold members they accept only cash. So somehow we went to nearby atm to withdraw cash. But the atm wasn’t working. So we came back and requested him to accept card payment. But he was so rude and impolite. He was literally yelling at me and my friends that he don’t care whatsoever, he just want the money by cash. He doesn’t even know how to talk to a lady. Such a mannerless person I came across. Then when I requested to make two separate bills, One for shawarma plate and the rest two in one bill. He told he can’t. “Anyway 1+1 we are providing which is a total waste for us”said by the so called owner. I don’t understand one thing here, if that was waste for him why the hell the so called RAIDAN RESTAURANT enrolled themselves in zomato gold restaurant. No one forced them to do so. They literally don’t know how to treat people. MANNERLESS, SHAMELESS, HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING and PATHETIC people are there at the counters. If you can handle all these, then All the very best guys. Certainly enjoyed there Mandi rice, and social Alfam, customised with extra spicy. Shawarma plater and fries also. Overall food was yummy and enjoyed it. Alfham was little over burnt and was chewy. We chose to sit in there second floor arabian style sitting section. We enjoyed the privacy. On first floor they have normal table chair section and ground floor cooking section. Options are very limited in menu hence choices are limited to Arabic delicacy only and it is known for that also. Desert option is limited. Car Parking is an issue. You need to find parking in service roads beside restaurant, you may get parking but at peak time you may not get it also. So consider this point not to spoil your experience. Wash room n hand wash sections are poorly maintained. I think the place looks more known for take aways than dine in. But if you are little flexible you can still enjoy...
