Everything is good their, except the Manager Mr. Rasheed sitting on billing counter.

Food quality is awesome. Pricing is pocket friendly. Menu is vast and have something for everyone. Serving Staff is superb. Special mention for Mr. Nitish.

The only thing to spoil mood and day is Mr. Rasheed. He is so arrogant and ill mannered to talk. We ordered Meal, Sandwich & juice. In middle of having the food, we got up to order Desserts to which he says, we have to place all orders at once and refused to take 2nd order.

And he is such a big idiot that if we order food, juice and desserts all at once, he get the desserts served before food.

Request to restaurant management: this would be our 7th or 8th visit to your HSR outlet. Mr. Rasheed was not their earlier. We could see him from our last 3 visits and all these 3 visits we had the worst customer service experience due to his presence. Your kitchen & service teams works way better without such idiot Manager. Mr. Nitish who happens to be the serving staff on the floor could be the better manager and have good sense to attend...

I really like their BTM outlet, so I thought of trying this one as well given that it is closer to where I live. Also, this is relatively new, so there is lesser crowd whereas the BTM one is overflowing with people, especially on the weekends.

Overall: It was a good experience and I liked this outlet as well. Do not mind going again once in a while.

Food: The taste is good but the options are very limited for vegetarians. They do have a separate menu for vegetarians and non-vegetarians though, so would not have a difficult time finding your choices. We also tried kitkat shake and oreo shake - tasted fine but do not expect anything extraordinary.

Cost: The best part! Everything is very affordable and the taste is really worth the price. So, if you want to hang out with your friends on low budget, this is your place.

Ambience: Ambience is also good for a hangouts and quick meet-ups. Moreover, it is located in a peaceful area, so there's not a lot of disturbance from outside.

Personally, I would recommend going and trying it once...
