genuinely, genuinely, the worst experience we've had, and my friend grp is pretty much like a black hole when it comes to ingesting food.

FOOD: veg specifically, it was so sad and bland. we had honey and chilli veggie wingers which was nothing but cauliflower doused in honey and sprinkled with chilli sauce. no crush, no spice, no TASTE AND SALT. you could literally taste the honey and the chilli paste/sauce. 1/10

non veg lads had a decent time, which was the only okay part.

AND AND, when we asked for pizza, pasta and lasagna, they said they have none of it, except for burger:))

then why are you running a restaurant, might as well as rename yourself to plan burger?

SERVICE: when we got there, the first assistant said they didnt have a table for 8. ok, cools. but then we notice a table for 8 right there? like dawg, how could you not scan a terrace sized area?

ok, we sat down, the menu was placed, which mind you was the size of a monopoly board and the thickness of a carrom board. so when i asked them respectfully to take the menu once done, he scoffed, picked it up and murmured to me to keep it down near the wall? how was i supposed to know??? huge ahh menu board mind you. oh also, they dont separate the veg from the nonveg (prolly doesnt matter cz most of their menu items arw unavailable anyway).

AMBIENCE: nothing too special, just a bit too stank as compared to other popular drimking/hangout spots.

i usually never review, but this had to be said. thank you. also the food looked nothing like what has been posted on the "highest" reviews. and pls dont come to me ans say this is a place popular only for wings and beer, if that's the case, respectfully, change the damn menu and market just those things, and don't pretend to...

I had the worst dining experience of my life at Plan B House of Wings. Despite paying the bill, their system didn't reflect the payment, and they demanded I pay again. I explained that I was staying in the same building with my family and offered to pay once the transaction was reversed. I even provided my contact information and identification.

However, the manager continued to harass me, calling me repeatedly and showing up at my room door, demanding immediate payment. Despite showing proof of the debited transaction, they refused to believe me. The manager's behavior and tone were completely unacceptable."

Now I finally paid again but still I didn't get the payment refund. Then they are offering me dinner for tomorrow free of cost. I told them this was my last for PLAN B at Jayanagar branch.

Unfortunately, the situation didn't improve even after I paid again. I still haven't received the refund for the initial payment. As a gesture, they offered me a complimentary dinner, but I declined, stating that I would not be returning to the Jayanagar branch of Plan B House of Wings due to the unacceptable...

We waited for a table for 40 minutes on a Tuesday to avail the 50% offer on the wings, originally they had said it would take 15 minutes and every time we asked after this time period they would claim they would have us seated in 5 minutes. When it came to the bill payment we requested that the 10% service charge (578 rupees) be removed as it is not mandatory to pay this charge. Upon us pointing this out, they belittled us and tried to convince us that it was a required payment. When we tried to tell the server to call a manager we were denied multiple times. The manager came and also said that it was mandatory and even said that we could've chosen not to dine at the establishment. At one point, when we said that it is not legally required, a server said that "oh you come do law here". They even threatened to remove the 50% offer on the 4 dozen wings if they were to remove the 10% service charge, thereby raising the bill by a large margin. We had to call the police to handle the matter, after which we were able to make the payment without the service charge. The experience was quite distasteful and we will not...
