I recently visited, an Indian cuisine restaurant known for its rich flavors and family-friendly atmosphere. The experience was a blend of delightful taste and some frustrating delays, making it a mixed yet memorable visit.

Upon arrival, the warm and inviting ambiance immediately set the tone for a pleasant evening. The decor was tastefully done, reflecting traditional Indian aesthetics while providing a cozy environment perfect for family dining. The staff greeted us with a smile and were attentive throughout our stay, which added a personal touch to our experience.

The menu offered a diverse range of Indian dishes, from the spicy tang of street food favorites to the subtle flavors of regional specialties. We decided to try a variety of dishes, including the butter chicken, paneer tikka, and biryani. Each dish was a testament to the chef's expertise, bursting with authentic flavors and perfectly balanced spices. The butter chicken, in particular, was a standout with its creamy, rich sauce and tender chicken pieces. The paneer tikka was grilled to perfection, and the biryani was fragrant and flavorful, making every bite a delight.

However, the waiting time was a significant downside. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait nearly 45 minutes to be seated and another 30 minutes for our food to arrive. This was particularly challenging with kids, and it somewhat dampened the overall experience.

In conclusion, it excels in delivering delicious Indian cuisine in a family-friendly setting, but the long wait times can be a drawback. If they can improve their efficiency, it would be an exceptional dining spot for families looking to enjoy authentic...

Firstly..no proper management!! Just a few waiters and no particular person to take order Service was way too slow!! Secondly..they dont note down the order and get those foods which you haven't ordered..like we ordered paneer and gobi manchurian and got baby corn instead of gobi...paneer manchurian was good though! Thirdly..manchow soup wasnt anywhere like it should be..more like tomato soup.. They donot know what is vinegar.. asked for some vinegar and got it after getting angry on one of the waiters!! The place was too cramped and customers were too many and no proper seating arrangement as well!! Ordered daal baati churma which was good!! Churma was very nice!! Roti was good!! No maida options which is a good thing!! Daal makhni was okayish and fried rice was more like it's a south indian dish and not chinese with lots of curry and coriander leaves!! And in the bill the cancelled gobi manchurian and extra rotis were added!! In short if you have way too much of patience then only you can visit the place otherwise it's a big no from my side for a second visit!! Not the type of place which people find and visit..we got to know about it on social media and after getting a good review from Google we visited it but not worth the hype!! I rarely give 5 stars to any place, but this joint deserves it and how! The place's speciality is Veg Thali (Rajasthani & Gujarati Types food). There seemed to be a parking issue (4 wheeler) there, so we had to circumvent the area twice. But when the manager noticed this, he invited us to park in the place his vehicle was parked. From there on the experience was just superb. The thali costs Rs. 190 and comes with unlimited dishes... On;ly freshly prepared hot rotis, 3 vegetables, 3 types of dal, 1 sweet, curd, papad, 2 types of chatnis, white rice, khichdi rice and butter milk. The waiter who served us was extremely courteous and alert to what we needed. The place is clean and doesn't smell of food although food is only served hot. And to top it all, the food is served in Brass ware. Authentic and delicious like no other. 2-wheelers can park easily, but 4-wheelers may have to wait a bit... but i guarantee you, its worth the effort. We were served hot food at 4.30 pm. That's another rare thing in Bengaluru. Pankaj Delicacies serves thalis all through the day till night. And they also have a limited a-la-carte menu.
