California Burrito Mexican Kitchen @ Arekere Bannerghatta — Restaurant in Bengaluru

EDIT: the reply they gave to my review is just copy paste work. The number they have given to address the issue in detail doesn't even work. Messages won't be delivered as well. So please don't apologise if nothing is taken care. Also, we had food poisioning twice because of giving us old stock rice bowl.

Old review:

I've been a loyal customer of Arekere Branch for quite some time, but I'm increasingly disappointed with their packaging. While the rice bowls are packaged well, the same cannot be said for items like tacos and nachos.

When ordering these dishes, I expect them to arrive crunchy and flavorful. Unfortunately, this is often not the case. The packaging seems to allow moisture to seep in, resulting in soggy tacos and nachos that lose their texture and appeal.

I urge the Arekere Branch to reconsider their packaging methods for these types of dishes. Perhaps packaging them separately or using materials that better protect their crunchiness would be a solution. I've noticed that other branches, like the one that serves California burritos, have managed to package their food effectively.

I hope these changes are implemented soon so that I can continue to enjoy my favorite dishes from Arekere Branch without the disappointment of...

We dined here for the first time and our experience was miserable. As a big fan of Dineout and having seen this outlet accepts Dineout wallet, I respectfully told him that I will be paying via Dine out wallet and the cashier nodded his head therefore I went ahead and made the payment via dineout. Then the cashier asked a colleague to check the payment by looking at my phone and then came the long wait. They chatted something and called up the store manager. They kept my phone on their table further making my phone dirty (yes I worry about my phone being kept at unsolicited places especially during this time of pandemic). I had to wait around 20 minutes and they didn't even bother to ask us to be seated and have our meal peacefully. I like California Burrito but I will definitely not visit this outlet once again because of this unpleasant experience. Your staff aren't trained on how they need to make their customers feel good. I am not blaming about the wait time but you could have at least let us eat while you figure out about...
