Guru Garden — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Visited this place today and had a very bad experience. They have a designated parking place. I was parking my car there and just wanted to park with front side of the car facing the exit so that it will be easier for me to take out the car. Their security guy did'nt allow me to do that and on asking why very rudely told me on my face to take my car and leave. Before even entering the restaurant if one is rudely told to leave then will one be able to enjoy the food and drinks sitting inside? Will one come back to that place again? Hope Guru Gardens management reads this review. If security standing at the entrance only misbehaves and tells customers to get out then your business will...

"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered the VEG paneer 65, expecting a vegetarian dish, but was served paneer along with chicken pieces in the veg option. When I raised this issue, one of the sever person said to me it is potato, but upon further inquiry with chef confirmed it is a chicken. Although they removed the item from the bill, here bill is not a important , now how can I trust multi cuisine restaurants, the mistake was unacceptable. I urge all vegetarian customers to double-check their orders before placing them at this restaurant."

If you are reading this in June 2024 my simple advise is to just stay away from this place. They charge twice the amount for serving beer and if you are sitting outdoor. For eg if you order Magnum they charge 390+taxes for 1 bottle of Magnum. Service is slow unless you tip them nicely. Food quality gradually have come down also they add food coloring for every dish. They don't have stable cook in the kitchen they keep changing cook because of the cost cutting.. suppliers act like a Goon.
