I just don't want to give 1star also. They are not even worth for thier words. Please don't visit this branch. I ordered cooler and other things they just delivered the demo product which was delivered to me at the closing time and when I unpacked the box the cooler was so dirty filled with dust and stain marks on it.. when I called them to report this they are not even responding in a good manner and the manager was not even listening to me and they are trying to convince me and he was very rude even when I am trying to communicate what is the issue they were not even friendly enough to handle the things I can put it in a word they were not even polite and then I ask for an exchange with the box item they just took 2 days to deliver the product and still I received the same item which they picked up from my house.

They just trying to fool us with selling the demo items as a new product.

Adding to this when I was buying an item I clearly asked them if they have a new stock and they agreed that they have a new stock and still I got the demo piece and again when I wanted to exchange this item with the new product and then they just took my product from the house and next day they brought the same item which they picked up from my house. Which was dirty.

I approached the sales executive in the mobile section, who informed me that the price was approximately Rs. 66,000. When I mentioned that Flipkart offered the same model for around Rs. 52,000 after SBI card discounts, I asked why there was such a significant price difference. The sales executive replied dismissively, saying that Flipkart might send soap and shampoo instead of an iPhone.

I pointed out that customers check their products upon delivery, so such a claim seemed unfounded. Instead of addressing my concern, the sales executive began arguing, insisting he was merely stating that Flipkart may deliver soaps and shampoos. I was here recently to buy a washing machine after having done some research online. The sales rep was extremely pushy with Haier washing machines, although we were interested in other brands. I'm sure for Haier the profit margins are higher for them or they don't sell much.

Most of the products have inflated price tag or wrong details on display, once you confirm with sales rep they check and tell you the reduced/discounted prices.

Staff are not that well versed with the products, they keep saying new tech and some jargons, generic information was provided. It's better to do your homework before coming here.

Also, the place is a baking oven; All of them were profusely sweating since the AC was off. We were all dripping in sweat by the time we came out of the place. Trying to save a few pennies but at what cost. No provision of fans inside since they have low ceiling.
