Hi, I’m sharing this message as a precaution to help others make informed choices regarding food quality and hygiene.

I used to visit this place regularly as it’s on my way to office. However, I’ve noticed several issues that I feel are important to highlight:

Food Quality: Unfortunately, the food quality is very poor and not up to acceptable standards. Hygiene Concerns: Many staff members appear to lack basic hygiene practices. I’ve observed some of them smoking in front of the hotel on the foot path and returning to work to serve us without washing their hands. Communication Barrier: Most of the staff are from other states and do not speak Kannada, which can make communication difficult for local customers. Unprofessional Behavior: Some employees seem addicted to Pan Parag and exhibit unhygienic behavior, which reflects poorly on the overall environment. The first thing is they are providing a very healthy food were u can't find so easily in cities . Instead of daily having some fried foods or junk foods .Make practice of having some healthy foods which is good for you and ur generation .They are providing jowar roti ,millet roti ,Ragi rottis which is very very important having to our daily healthy lifestyle. Worst Experience . i was the regular customer. today i was faced worst service from the staff. i was paid the bill and submit the food counter , even waited for 20 minutes , they are not listening and not responding.. then i was met cashier lady informed that, service guys are not giving proper responding and cancel my bill. she was also not supportive and not cancelled and not refunded. so i was left the cafe without any service and refund. this was the worst experience in the cafe. previously there was an old person was there and he was so supportive, today he was not...
