During my visit today, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a staff member who was wearing spectacles. After placing my order, I patiently waited for a considerable amount of time, approximately 30 minutes, without receiving any updates regarding the status of my order. Concerned about the delay, I approached the aforementioned staff member to inquire about the whereabouts of my order.
To my surprise, she responded in an unhelpful and dismissive manner, stating that she had not even placed my order. Not only was her communication rude, but she also failed to inform me about the oversight in a timely manner. Furthermore, she outright refused to rectify the situation by placing my order, leaving me feeling disheartened and disrespected as a valued customer.
As someone who has frequented your outlet on numerous occasions, I have always appreciated the dedication and professionalism displayed by your staff. However, this incident has tarnished my perception of the service quality I have come to expect from your establishment.

She explicitly stated that she would not accept my order and dismissively mentioned that I could complain to the owner, as if she had no concerns about the consequences.

Read moreI’ve always loved the coffee at Slay and was a regular at their delivery and take away outlet. So I was the happiest when they opened a dine in outlet right opposite NIFT. The place is spacious and parking is easy to find. It has a chill vibe and great to chill with friends and even work. The staff are responsive, sweet and helpful . Service could get a little slow on busy days due to online orders.
But I love their easy to use and order interface where you can pick your size of coffee, flavour and sweetener. I loved their hot and cold coffee and it’s difficult to pick one. Fell in love with their hazelnut cold coffee - right texture and flavours.
Coming to food, we tried corn and cheese sandwich and a chocolate croissant. They were ok but not great. Would have liked a flakier croissant and some more salt and spice in my sandwich.
The Nutella brownie sundae was tempting and we loved it!
Overall, a great place and I’ve already visited them thrice this week. Highly recommended.
