The momos are always cold when served. We went here 3-4 times and every time we had to ask them to take the momos again and reheat them. The red meat thukpa is good but has a meatish taste which would make you not willing to eat more thukpa after a certain point. The chicken triple rice used to be good but recently when we tried it for the last time, it tasted as if it was spoiled. Once they served us uncooked chicken lollipop so we told them that the meat is raw on which they said, they'll fry it again and give it back. But they over fried it which made the lollipops get burnt and joking part, they served us those burnt chicken lollipops which were so bitter and so burnt that literally no meat was left.. it was that much burnt!!! When we showed them the burnt lollipops, they blamed us because we said the lollipops were raw when they served it first.. The thing is, the lollipops were really so raw that the meat was just completely red and so hard to take a bite! Even the person who takes the order saw how raw the lollipops were and still he blamed us for the burnt lollipops when it was their mistake! They just fried it in very hot oil for a long time.. The first visit to this restaurant was good but later whenever we visited, we just had faced some or the other disappointment! But still, they actually make good momos you just need to mention them to steam the momos really well so that momos will be nice and hot when served. The chicken thukpa is average. DO NOT ORDER CHICKEN LOLLIPOPS HERE AT ALL! Also, it's a very small place and some college students come there and make a lot of noise that you'll end up having a severe headache! Even the restaurant staff won't ask them to talk in a bit of low tone.. well maybe this doesn't happen all the time but it did happen once when we went there and we were so annoyed.. it's restaurant staff's responsibility to handle such situations so that no customer feels uncomfortable or annoyed while having their meal.. such experiences just ruin the...

Read moreI want to share my recent experience with this place. I’ve been a regular customer for a long time and usually enjoy their good food, but my last visit has changed my mind. As usual, I ordered a special thukpa. However, when I started eating, I found a hair in the food. Naturally, I called the staff to show them the issue. To my surprise, the response was dismissive—he smiled and simply asked me to remove the hair.
I was taken aback and sat quietly for a while before heading to the cash counter. The same person gave me the bill, without considering not charging me for the meal I couldn’t eat. When I confronted him about why he didn’t offer a replacement, he blamed me for not asking. I argued that it was his responsibility to offer a solution.
In the end, he accused me of planting my own hair in the food. I suggested a DNA test to prove it wasn’t mine, but he escalated the situation by physically pushing me out of the restaurant. I had hoped an older person would have better manners and own up to his mistakes, but his behavior was appalling.
This place is not worth visiting because you might be the next person to be treated this way.
P.S. The food is good, but the service is...
