I ordered for food and payed the amount by using the UPI. I took token and went to recieve the food. The receiptionst called me and said the amount has not been received. And I showed him the transaction proof. But the receiptionst started talking very rudely and was screaming. I told him that it's been payed check it, showed him the timings and also scanned and showed the same name for the transaction. He was not at all ready to even understand or talk. I just left my food dint even eat a bit and left. I would have payed him again if there was really transaction problem or something. But I am sure I amount has been payed as I also heard the machine telling the amount has been received.

But the way he spoked was bad. He should just eat those words,money and eat our food for himself. Service is very important and people need not to polite atleast should have learned how to talk. Talking in that way is just not a good manners.

The amount I payed was 170 ruppes for 2 masala dosa, 1 plate bajji and 1 coffee. My money got wasted and also my food

Had Masala Dosa here (Jun 2023). The potato filling had gone bad and was sour and had a foul smell. I took the plate to the person at the coupon counter. He said he will look into it, but continued to happily sell more masala Dosa coupons without doing anything. I then complained to the person making the masala dosas and the kitchen in-charge. One of them tasted the potato filling and ordered new filling to be made. But they continued to use the stale potato filling. They gave us two plain dosas and they took back the masala dosas we had been given initially. I would say, avoid this place at all costs.
