The Curry, a restaurant specializing in Tamil Nadu cuisine. I was warmly welcomed by the staff and seated at a comfortable table. The menu was extensive and featured a variety of dishes, including mutton, chicken, seafood, and parotta. I decided to try the mutton curry and parotta. The mutton curry was truly delicious. The tender, flavorful meat was cooked to perfection and the spices used in the dish were just right. The parotta was also excellent. It was light and fluffy, and the flavor was spot on. The service was friendly and attentive. My waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful in recommending dishes. He was also very patient when I asked questions about the menu. For vegetarians, The Curry offers a wide array of options. From veggie curries to dosas, there is something for everyone. I had the chance to sample the veggie curry and it was delicious. The flavors were complex and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. The veg kurma at dinner is especially good and is given free with order of dosa and idly. The unlimited afternoon buffet is just too good and one can eat unlimited chicken, parotta, biryani, rice, etc. Overall, I had a great experience at The Curry multiple times. Worst experience with madurai curry restaurant today. Food taste was good. But no welcoming behaviour from person who took order. we asked the menu card couple times and had to wait for 10 min to get it. We asked couple of seats for dine in. But he didn't arrange and we found seats after 10 mins. We ordered veg meals, one kukka and wanted to try biryani combo( which is not in the menu). We got our items after 20 mins and few items served at the end. After finishing the lunch, I made the payment rs. 597, when I saw the bill..I was surprised biryani combo was unlimited which he not even told and not even asked us for refill.😡 Then I asked why you didn't inform us about unlimited combo. No response for that too. I felt like cheated today for half biryani, 1 parota, half chicken and omlete which supposed to be served as unlimited combo. There is no proper hospitality and service. Atleast he could have realised the mistake and no compensation in the bill too. Completely money minded and not considered the service and hospitality. One suggestion for the restaurant. For the name and brand that you wanted to build, you must improve hospitality and service and have basic welcoming manner.🙏and we will not visit again even you serve tasty food. I’ve been a regular customer of this restaurant through Zomato and have always enjoyed the taste and quality of the food. However, there’s a consistent issue that needs to be addressed missing items in delivery orders.

This has happened to me more than 5–6 times now. Initially, I assumed it was a mistake, but the frequency makes it feel intentional or at least a serious lack of care in packing orders.

Today, I ordered two meals with chicken curry and two biryanis with chicken 65, egg, and mutton liver. Unfortunately, one chicken curry meal and the chicken 65 were missing from the parcel.

I’ve often thought about writing this review, but I held back because of how much I liked the food. Today, however, I had a guest at home, and this mistake caused real disappointment and inconvenience.

Earlier, I used to call the delivery person and ask them to double-check the items with the restaurant, but I missed doing that today—and the same issue occurred again.

The restaurant really needs to take delivery packing more seriously. Loyal customers deserve better.
