Very very disappointed with the management. The ultimate soul purpose of choosing Dome cafe is to surprise our loved ones and that was completely broken. I had booked my slot 20 days before. Despite giving complete details and making advance payment, along with photos for decoration, they didnt put our photos and by mistake they had put others pics and it was not decorated as per our order. They didnt even bother to cross check atleast on arriving there before taking the partner to the assigned dome. They infact started to remove wrong pics of others and started decorating it infront of us killing both time and our interest. They wasted 40 min of our 90min time slot allocated, in identifying the original pics and decorating it back again. They even denied to extend our time slot because of other bookings on same day. Even denied to reduce amount and ended up paying full for worthless surprise. They even gave mocktails as complimentary and who wants it when the surprise itself is broken. It is really so embarrassing guys when your plan fails, especially when you are waiting for such an event from really long time to surprise your love. The most disappointing birthday experience. Have never witnessed such confused and messed up management. Wish I had a negative rating.

They got confused with the dates and did the decor previous evening and called us. Our slot was between 7-9. We came by 7:20 PM. I had clearly mentioned table for 5 people. The seating arrangement was made for 3 people. The staff wasted 10-15 minutes to help us with seating n cake. And the staff comes and requests at 8PM if can shift outside for dining because they need to decorate the dome for next party. We had to yell at them for this ridiculous request. For 4k+ for 2 hours, the dome experience wasn't worth it. It was super stuffy and suffocating. When asked for fan, they said they only had one Except for the dome and lighting the vibe is pathetically dull. No music at all. Over and above food is worst. We tried nearly 4 starters, 3 types of soups, pizza, pasta. The staff has zero sense when it comes to serving. Service is slower than a sloth. Hygiene is scary. The soup spoons had stains which was so tough to remove from tissue. Had to wet them to get off the rigid stains.

Would never recommend this place. Don't fall for dome experience. You'll end up paying through your nose all for a disappointing experience. Thanks to careless and clueless...

It was a good experience except one or two small things. Still deserve a 5 star. They should open one more branch in HSr and another around Marathalli-KR Puram area. Good things first. Overall I would recommend going here (with prior reservation) to one of the domes. Experience was good, decoration was awesome and the food was very good (we ordered crispy corn twice!). Staff were courteous and service was really good. Strongly suggested to explore the option if you are planning for small party of function for upto 4 people.

Not so good things. When we reached, none of the domes were free even after I had pinged in Maps Chat to reserve a dome for us. Would have been better to get a response that we need prior reservation for domes, we would have deffered our plan. Nevertheless we were lucky that someone cancelled on the last minute and we could occupy one dome for some time. Two of the staffs were not wearing masks, point to note.
