We had a disappointing experience at ZLB due to the behavior of one of your staff members. Our group of six had just returned from the bar, and half of us wanted coffee while the other half preferred a drink. Unfortunately, the staff member in question, whose name begins with "B," completely mishandled the situation.

Initially, he denied us coffee, instructing us to go to the main coffee and buffet restaurant. However, when we got there, they informed us that the Library Bar could serve coffee. Despite explaining this to him, he remained rude and dismissive, insisting we sit outside the restaurant/bar. His attitude was completely uncalled for, and even after some of us requested him to be polite, he continued to display unacceptable behavior, particularly toward the ladies in our group.

The most frustrating part was that the bar was empty at that time, and it was only midnight. He himself mentioned that service would continue until 1 AM, yet he made every effort to ensure we didn’t feel welcome.

We kindly request the Leela team to address this matter and ensure such behavior is not tolerated. Staff members, especially those representing a prestigious brand like yours, should treat guests with respect and courtesy. This experience left a sour impression on our...
