The Ocea International Hotel — Restaurant in Bengaluru

It was a sudden plan to surprise my girlfriend so I had to book this hotel . Paid full amount via make my trip . When I checked in the hotel for first few hours they have been asking me to pay around 34 rupees I had no idea . . They have been calling to room even when I was sleeping after few hours regarding some 34 rupees . Had no idea about . Rooms Soo disgusting . I would never recommend any one to go stay this place . Washrooms where leaking , AC barely works . Smoke smelled corridors , no towels were given , rude behavior from from office . Terrible experience , complementary break was so bad I had to go out side hotel and have breakfast again , they make is wait for 30 minutes atleast to bring a masala omelette . We ordered food from the restaurant on the hotel food as it was not bad actually . It was good food from the restaurant on ground floor .but I felt like too much expensive and Less quantity Of food One of my worst experience I have ever had in a long time . I even saw the front office lady selling rooms to a monk telling him room.costs 4000 per night . It's last room available here . Pathetic people .I booked it for 1500 per night plus tax . I even found same rooms in oyo at really less rates...

I visited the restaurant with family sometime in April. We were asked our preference and were ushered to the AC section on the first floor. Ground floor and the lobby of first floor is non AC. Confused as to what to order we asked the waiter to suggest us the delicacies on offer. The manager(I guess so) took initiative and convinced us to try grilled pomfret whole. It was a good suggestion however the manager somehow got us to order the biggest portion on offer without telling us that there were other cheaper options also available. Else we would have gone for a smaller and cheaper pomfret with some other sea food as combo. We paid a whopping 1600 just for the pomfret and at the end of it I felt a little cheated. Second issue is the ambience. It is a little loud and the family sitting a table apart from us was particularly noisy hence spoiling our overall experience. I must add though that the grilled pomfret was well prepared and as regard the taste goes I would give it...

Horrendous Experience – Avoid at All Costs.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This so-called “hotel” served me raw chicken that smelled absolutely rancid. It was clearly spoiled, and the fact that they even had the audacity to bring it to my table is beyond disgusting. I wouldn’t serve that to my worst enemy, let alone paying guests.

When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was met with nothing but rudeness and indifference. No apology, no concern—just blank stares and excuses. The customer service here is an absolute joke. They act as if they’re doing you a favor by even acknowledging your presence.

This was, without a doubt, the worst dining and hotel experience of my life. I left feeling nauseous, frustrated, and completely ripped off. Save yourself the nightmare—stay FAR away from this...
