Just sharing my experience.

They had problem with my wife standing near the trial room. The irony here is in Vero Moda, they were telling me to be seated beside the trial room so that when my wife tries she can ask my opinion as well.. :) And here, for the same the concerned person instead of telling us directly was scolding the salesperson so that we could hear. Atleast should show some guts to say it on our face and not behind our back.

At billing they charged 299 for the membership which is absolutely fine, if there was proper communication of the same. They said we would get some offers and asked us to fill a form. And we got to know about this 299 later only as we were little ignorant to check the bill then and there. The issue here was there was no communication about the charge.

Overall the behaviour of staff was not that cool

3.Positives being, there was good...

I have been member for may be 10 years now and I prefer going this store for good collection and customer friendly environment. But yesterday I had been to this store and I was appalled to see all trailed garments are just put on display stand immediately after trail without doing any short of sanitization. This shocked me, I immediately called store manager to apprise about this wrong doing during Corona. While she swung into action and immediately asked all floor staffs to sanitize all trailed garments, it raises question and blot on a corporate giant like TATA for putting customers' life at risk. I urge all customer to raise alarm in case you too notice anything like this. It is after all out our life and we must take care of ourselves. Pl. remember, we ought to be very watchful...."Dawai bhi and Karai bhi" to win battle...
