One of the worst inexperienced management, shame on them to call themselves "directors cut". Too many concerns to explain in detail at the review section. But to jot a few :- pathetic food preparation, when you complain they still make it worse. No one and I mean absolutely no one comes over to your seat even after pressing the call button a million times. Manager (deepak) and staff called repeatedly next day after the movie asking to pay a food bill which was already paid, even though I mentioned a million times that they have got the wrong customer but they pay no attention to what you have to say and when they realised that it's their fault, they abruptly cut the call without even apologising. Most of the staff aren't well versed with English and lack the basic manners of hospitality field, including the manager himself so it's hard to communicate. And let's not even get started with the parking and the phone network issues at the basement area. This chap called VENKATESH at the parking thinks he rules the world, very arrogant with his approach of communicating. He demands the key to my car even though I mentioned several times that there are valuables in the car. He screams on top of his voice about how much work he has there and no time to listen to customer's concerns, and denies to mention his name even after asking multiple times. Be aware of this particular person, he comes across as a thug and majorly troublesome!!!

Continuation of my previous review, One Mr Ravi called me to sort out my problem saying operations manager Sharath would meet me and have Venkatesh apologise to me about his behaviour, but no such thing happened so I had to call the police and book a criminal offence case on Venkatesh. He officially at the police station agreed on his arrogant behaviour and wrote an apology letter not to repeat the mistake. My time wasted and at the cost of my peace of mind. His boss Raghavendra is equally to be blamed as it had been previously brought to his notice about his staff behaviour and he did nothing about it. VENKATESH, RAGHAVENDRA and SHARATH are a team and operate together and come across fraudulent.

Few more bitter incidents at this place and finally FED UP.

Everyday I used to visit Mall ,

For a cup of coffee. Today visited by 12 AM For Toilet while I entered in mall Mr Saheen who was the security guard.

Mr Saheen gave information to another Security Guard By " Walkie Talkie while I enter in the mall for the toilet the other person security guard he used to ask me where I'm I going, everyday I used to visit the mall Every day nobody used to ask where am I going. The thing is that the security guard Shaheen is thinking that I am looking like a beggar that why he used to where I'm going dear head of the mall I request you can I ask one thing is that if anybody was going to visit for toilet in the mall so nobody can't ask where we are going we are going for toilet we are not coming to dance. The forum Mall for everyone right I think so Mr Shaheen is focusing upon me everyday I think .

I think so you didn't taken any training you just join up on recommendation I think. Every security guards are very polite very nice but I don't know this Mr Saheen this person is very unfollowed and very reversible .

We are the citizen of India when we are visiting anywhere nobody can, as just they will just help with the proper address but I don't know what was happening at forum mall with security guard what wrong with them I don't know.

But I requested the head of the security guard of forum mall sir I am really disappointed while visiting the mall and the thing is that the security guard doesn't have the right judge with them what ever the peoples are wearing.

Forum Rex Walk is a shopping mall in Bangalore along Brigade Road. It's open daily from 10 in the morning to 9 at night.

The mall hosts a One Plus showroom. The store seems to carry pretty much all of their products. Mobiles, TV's, headsets, etc. Very spacious and the salespeople are good at handling queries.

While the mall is beautifully designed, options for food are few and anything else is drastically limited.

For those who are nostalgic about the old Rex Cinema that had been torn down, i must say the mall in its current form looks very well - designed.

It's very well-ventilated with huge fans adorning the cellings

Restaurants are varied and unique, though limited. Each is well built and furnished to look appealing and radiate its own atmosphere from the inside.

I visited the mall during Christmas time and parts of the external facade were covered indicating some sort of construction or renovation was on going. For most parts the mall looked perfect and complete

One must visit the PVR Director's Cut cineplex and especially the Gold class cinema. Extremely pricey, will make you feel you've lost an arm or a leg when you purchase a ticket.
