Please go through this review completly- This is the 7th day since I bought the TV from Garuda Mall croma and still there has been no update regarding my tv setup. I had to call every single day to get an update and still these people have no idea when the setup will be done . It was promised to deliver by the next day and set up the day after and still there is no hope . Biggest mistake coming to this store. Review 2- After 10 days I had an agent come to set up the tv just to find out that the tv is completely damaged and it will take 2 more days for new delivery and again time for set up . Kindly request everyone to avoid coming here to avoid the worst service experience ever with no responsibility or any such .

Review: I am utterly disappointed with my experience with Croma and their Croma RO+UV+UF+CU WP CRS75RCWPA307003 water purifier. It has been nothing short of a nightmare dealing with this company.

After purchasing the water purifier on April 13, I faced an unacceptable delay in installation, waiting until April 17 for it to be set up in my home. But the real trouble started the very next day when the purifier stopped functioning entirely. Yes, you read that right – one day of use and it was already useless.

To add insult to injury, their customer service is a joke. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out for assistance, I've been met with nothing but frustration. Calls unanswered, emails ignored – it's as if they don't care about their customers at all.

And let this serve as a warning to others to be careful before you...

Horrible product and pathetic service and support!!

Don’t ever buy Croma AC here or anywhere. Bought the product on 24th April and it ran correctly for one day. After that there was no cooling and I have been struggling with the service centre. You will have to wait for 15 minutes to talk to someone and they will ghost you for 4 days. You raise a ticket online, they will mark it as resolved without even talking to you. It’s been almost two weeks, the numbers they share from servify is useless and if you get lucky and somehow end up connecting with someone, that person will be rude as if you are asking for free AC. All this after paying extra for extended warranty where as the included warranty itself is not being honoured.

Reiterating again, stay away from Croma AC unless you wish to pay money, not get anything in return and run behind them...

These guys are really horrible. Their online price and offline prices are different. Total Scam! I went to purchase an iPhone charger which was ₹1599 on their online store but when I called the store to cross check they said it was ₹1900. Then when I mentioned the online price their executive said ok sir come down to the store and buy it. When I went to the store, they are telling the price is ₹1900 and we have received an email just 1 hour before to not sell anything at online prices…. Like REALLY??!?!?! The store people were not even interested to talk to me since I was buying an accessory not worth much…

I advise buying things online with strong research or buy from some other authentic stores like Pai International or Reliance Digital. Croma is not...
