Let's be realistic cafe opened up not a while a ago. Everyone posting budget friendly resturant in Koramangala. Me and wife decided to give it a try once.

Ordered peri peri wings which was not at all cooked and chicken was really cold on the insides as if taken out of fridge. Only the outer layer was hot. Ordered baked pasta since they did not have normal one. Worst pasta I had in my life, put too much white sause and could not recognise the taste of cheese added in it.

Service is the worst since we did not like both food items wanted to try dessert asked what do they have staff did not have an idea about what is available. Drank the hot water and left the place immediately.

When someone is ordering a sizzler which spiced up you can also feel the same in your tables due bad air conditioning.

Advice for anyone planning to be go please try the restaurant below which is affordable, has better staff and atmosphere for the money you are paying. Where I have visited frequently never felt any issues.

The staff seems really incompetent when it comes to handling dynamic catering. Recently had a birthday party hosted at their party hall, however the food service was delayed by almost an hour and a half. Even the food that came later wasn't up to the mark, as the dal was spoiled. Plus, the manager who was a young chap, seemed indifferent towards the whole ordeal.

Loved the food nonetheless, credit where it's due; but we were extremely disappointed with the service, delays and over-all negligence of the whole event, especially for a brand like Al-Daaz.

Additionally, their sound system is ancient as well. Troubleshooting a simple task such as playing music, was a huuuuge ordeal on their system. Really needs to be looked at.

Looking forward to a much better service, the next time. (Also, just to clarify, I found no fault of the waiters involved. They were compliant and obedient. The mismanagement was solely on behalf of the manager)

Anyway, not to sound too harsh. Really hope you pick up the lessons from what you've learnt and get...

Surprised !! Walked in with ZERO expectations and this place Blew my mind .

To begin with the service is super fast and an amazingly non intrusive staff ( I really liked that ) , the food was super amazing , the lamb steak is THE BEST i have had and i have had a "lot" around town. The pepper base was just the right amount of pepper, nothing that hits your throat too much and not an overwhelm of flavours that u don't know of. This mix was the best . I have never appreciated a dish so much whilst eating it at the same place. The chicken strips are to die for, just the right amount of flavour and the right amount of tenderness. My compliments to the Chef and mainly to the owners of this place. Your taste in food is serene , would definitely love to meet you.
