Upahara Darshini, Kims Canteen — Restaurant in Bengaluru

UD is One of the top most money diggers in restaurant business which i ever seen. They needed only money not customers satisfaction. It is located inside KIMS HOSPITAL so the only reason people are heading into UD. If it was any other place definitely it will be closed long before. UD knows well strategies how to use people's emotions who admitted in hospital. I bet if anyone asks anything bit need extra they won't provide. They charge for parcel Rs.5 but it not worth at all... Staffs are almost unprofessional and not fit to provide what people asks. Total management is under money laundering. Now a days everyday is business i agreed it but little bit there should be a service too... Totally not worth for the money. If u ask me i won't...

Very bad experience with service. After placing order, we had to wait more than 20 minutes. Got food for 1 person. Another person had to wait another 10 minutes. But didn't get food. The service personal has no care or concern for the customer. When I asked him to cancel, he told me to wait. But no hint of it. The person at cash counter too had no concern about us. He just asked the server whether the food was served. After confirming the negative answer, he just asked me to pay the amount & that's it. Very disappointing. I had to attend to a patient. Its a KIMS hospital canteen.. so you get cheap hygenic foods here.. it's huge and capacity over 50.. there is not much sitting areas but there is a place where you can sit and oder food but it will cost you more than outside.. For eg If you order food like combo of fried rice and paneer Manchurian it will cost you only 130 outside but inside in dinning area of will cost you RS 135 + RS 12 tax.. I prefer normal outside order and some times take out also.. it's always crowdy so better visit around 11:30am -12noon or...
