I had a shocking and extremely disappointing experience with dbakw bakery. I had ordered a cake for my mom’s birthday, expecting it to be a special and memorable celebration, but to my absolute horror, we found a lizard inside the cake. This is not just careless, it is downright dangerous and completely unacceptable. When I immediately called the bakery to report this, their response was shockingly casual, as if this was not a serious matter at all. They told me they would give me a free cake with my next order, as though that would fix the situation. Why would I ever order from them again after such an incident? Cake quality is very bad. It is filled with cornflakes chocos that are seeped and making the cake take weirdly chewy. The ingredients used are probably of bad quality as they have a pungent taste and smell.
