Hotel Khushi — Restaurant in Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation

DO.NOT.GO.TO.THIS..HOTEL.

WHY? coz you won't get any warm khusi, rather coldest Dukh will be served on the plate. Apparently this hotel is run by a money minded person.

Today I went there and ordered 2 meals.

Pompfret fish thaali: fish was clearly stale. Price400. 2.mutton thaali. MUTTON NOT PROPERLY COOKED. FULL PLATE COMPRISED 8PIECES OF MEAT, OUT OF WHICH THERE WERE 4 BIG SEMI COOKED FAT PIECES( OMITTED FOUL SMELL , I AM A BIG FAN OF MUTTON CURRY AND IF I AM FINDING THE TASTE PUKE WORTHY THEN I AM CERTAIN EVERYONE WILL. I DONT THINK THEY ARE GIVING MUTTON, I THINK DOG MEAT BEING FED TO COSTUMERS). PRICE AROUND 370 OR 390 ,can't recall as my brain has stopped working.

After finishing (read leaving half the food) the lunch I went to the owner to complain about the taste of the mutton curry, then he had the guts to mock me and say "mutton curry was half cooked when you ordered food".

Additional point : they would charge money for water.

It's a Dhaba Theme very old and popular joint near Khandagiri. They serve Odia as well as some North Indian dishes. I prefer non vegetarian dishes like mutton, fish more u can opt for chicken dishes also like chilly chicken , chicken kassa or masala. They provide both rice & roti all the time. In veg they have a lot of option too. I like chilly Gobi , mushroom masala the most. Taste wise though it can't consider most delicious but I can say it's quite average or adjustable. Price wise it's pretty decent. And value wise overall a good choice near by. Service is quick , staff attentive and well behaved. If u been here then definitely try their special matka Rabdi this will help u lift ur mood as it always do...

Utter disappointment in terms of food, quality, service. Starting with the food we ordered chilli chicken, garlic naan, egg tadka and mati handi mutton. The only decent tasting thing was the chilli chicken for which i considered giving two stars. Everything else was a disaster. And the waiter continuously insisted on tips even before we sat down to the point when it felt creepy and he was well aware that we wont be tipping after tasting that food. It isnt even worth trying once with that exorbitant cost when compared to the pathetic service, food...
