OYO The Olive Near City Centre Salt Lake — Hotel in Bidhannagar

One of the worst hotel experience I ever face. If you have dignity, don't want to loose your self respect then don't book there. The staff are very unprofessional & rude like the hotel owner hire some local goons. There is no professionalism in staff & hotel management. They are not trained at all. The rooms are very dirty as the staffs mentality. They are very narrow minded. Location is not great at all. Why I'm giving so wrong review you have questions in mind but I'm telling what happened with me. As a freelance photographer I've two day workshop in Kolkata near sector 1 so I booked their hotel because it's just 10min by drive. After checking my hotel I've given a room saying due to 2 days stay we are providing big room but that's just a average one but big problem is the hygiene. In this COVID situation the room is so dirty & unhygienic you couldn't expect. Their is dirt, smelly toilet & also broken bathroom lock & main lock. So I request to change but the staffs saying where is dirt, just see how clean it is. Ok, let's go another one & giving me another very small room & saying now it will be ok for us. We don't deserve big room etc. Their mentality & way of behaviour are so narrow like you feel you come from basti are, sorry to use this word. When they start misbehave we sought & quarrel happens. The so called drunk GM comes with angry looks with other fellows like they will beat us. After some argument they shift another room that's just ok. I complained OYO & explain everything & check out next morning as soon as we can. Then the OYO authority take action & not a surprise they are saying the authority I's lying. As a customer I booked for 2 days and don't want any refund from OYO & I checked out 7:45 am without any reason that's any sense? What do you think guys am I lying? The OYO customer help understand the situation & thanks me for raising & they support me. That's the professionalism & customer satisfaction provide by OYO. I'm not only victim because after searching review I see a lot of customer face rude unethical behaviour. So if you want safety of yourself or your family or your partner & hygiene & self respect matter then this type of 2 star unprofessional hotel is not good for you. Very very very bad experience , 1st of all they are not giving the room which we have booked, on the site it was a big room which was classic 2x but they gave us a very small room, my bathroom is bigger than that room, there is no colthes hanging facilities, no water bottle provided , we have stayed over 5 nights and the experience is soo bad. The blankets we're soooooooooo smelly, the pillows wer dirty, no soap was provided, even we have requested for another room but they told us itne paise me yahi aayga. But we have booked a different room on the site. Even wen we were about to check in at night the price of the room was more on their desktop, but i was showing almost 1500 less in my mobile link which was sent hy oyo official site, even i have showed them my Message, after watching my messg they are saying ok u give money by that link but we will not give you room untill we got any confirmation from oyo , and it can take 4 or 5 hrs, u have to seat in the lobby till dat time, we wer helpless that time because it was already 11 at night and we hav no other place to go , so unfortunately we had to give that money which was shown on their desktop. I suggest u guys never book from online 1st you go to that hotel , see the room aftr that...

Why do I dislike this hotel 1.very rude behaviors 2.they charges are extra for everything like if u have a vistor, 3.oyo charges or other 3rd party rate is different from hotel rate, they dnt allow you to check-in @oyo rate. 4.food quality is very low as per the prices they charge. They even dnt allow outside food. 5.they are ready to kick you out or they forced to checkout if they get customer @higher price than you are paying. I have never experienced such type of idiotic behaviour... I wanted to stay an extra day bcos of my work but they aren't allowed me instead of it they were forcing me to checkout... But I stay there after paying an extra money. 5.i stayed 3day.. But didn't get any room or bathroom service. Never ever look for this hotel instead of staying at this hotel I would prefer to stay at...
