Bubble N Tea Asian Cafe in Kolkata is a delightful culinary gem that left me thoroughly impressed with its exceptional food and inviting atmosphere. My recent visit to this establishment was a gastronomic journey that I will cherish for a long time.
Let's start with the star of the show - the matcha bubble tea. The moment I took my first sip of this beautifully brewed beverage, I was transported to a world of sheer delight. The matcha flavor was perfectly balanced, not too overpowering, and the chewy tapioca pearls added a delightful texture. It's safe to say that Bubble N Tea knows how to do bubble tea right!
The dining experience continued to surpass my expectations with the kimchi fried rice. The tangy and spicy flavors of the kimchi paired harmoniously with the perfectly cooked rice. It was a delicious fusion of delightfulness, creating a unique taste that was truly exceptional.
The Korean fried chicken at Bubble N Tea is nothing short of a revelation. The crispy, golden-brown exterior gave way to tender, succulent chicken, and the flavors were an explosion of savory and sweet goodness. I couldn't stop myself from indulging in this delectable dish.
Lastly, the ramen at Bubble N Tea Asian Cafe was a comforting bowl of warmth and flavor. The noodles were chewy and flavoured, and the ingredients were fresh and plentiful. It was evident that they put a lot of care into preparing this dish.
The ambiance of the cafe is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely meal or simply relax with friends. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my dining experience was seamless and enjoyable.
In summary, Bubble N Tea Asian Cafe in Kolkata is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates a fusion of Asian flavors done right. From the moment I stepped into this café, I knew I had discovered something special. It’s not just a place to grab a coffee—it’s an experience that lingers with you long after you leave. The atmosphere is absolutely enchanting. Soft music hums in the background, the lighting is warm and golden, and every detail. The coffee is exceptional. You can taste the care and craftsmanship in every cup. The pastries are equally divine; I tried the Thai Milk Cake which is a true showstopper. The sponge is so light and airy, it feels like biting into a sweet cloud—but it’s still firm enough to slice cleanly without crumbling. Each layer is soaked in a silky blend of condensed milk, evaporated milk, and fresh cream, giving it a luscious, melt-in-your-mouth texture. The milk soak has a subtle hint of pandan and coconut, adding a uniquely Thai flavor that’s both fragrant and comforting. It’s sweet, but not overpowering—just enough to satisfy without feeling heavy. Served cold, every bite is soft, cool, and luxuriously creamy. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. You don’t feel like a customer here—you feel like a welcome guest. In short: a perfect blend of comfort, quality, and charm. Easily one of the best cafés I've ever been to. Highly, highly...
Read moreThe owner has created an Instagram friendly place but has failed to acquire a trained chef and forgot to train the staff. Had a horrible experience with the food. We ordered a gimbap and Korean fried chicken. Lets just say the chef just served anything on the plate as fast as he could and could not care less about how the customers would like the dish. The gimbap was so thick and filled with so much rice that we wanted to throw up. The Korean friend chicken's coating was so thick it, we were unable to bite into it. Careless and callous cooking and presentation. The drink we ordered was too sweet. We asked for them to dilute it, they said it was not a soda based drink so they added more cranberry juice and made it worse. We requested them to add water but that instruction also they were not able to follow. Worst thing, after all the request and discussion with the chef and the waiter, they looked so angry with us. They went inside the kitchen and started screaming. It was so awkward that while all this was happening all the waiters outside were staring at us like we made such a huge mistake. We paid and we left. Dear owner,...
