Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Bidhannagar

Personally, I was going to this outlet since quite long like since 2019 and now it’s been diminished in today’s date by my side as of now. As their overall tidiness and vibe was there during 3-4 years back was nice and wonderful which gave me peace, but like since from last year I have noticed that the earlier employees/staffs were replaced as the earlier were fabulous I don’t know why cafe coffee day removed them as even they gotta almost know me by my face already it’s not like.. current staffs are not good they also very nice but now days they make much more mistakes than before frankly quality is degraded in food and service than before from your current employees to whole outlet needs improvement. but the earlier staffs used to gave a good gesture of vibe the current of them not able to, earlier staff used to have a chill vibe, the outlet seats, exterior, interior were well maintained but now everything needs to be refreshed the sofa seats been torn a little from usage but needs a lot of improvement from interior to exterior.

And if Cafe coffee day owner if you are seeing this message would request you to please bring back earlier staffs they were very nice, well trained and more improved than current staff. I am not trying to defame or spread any hatred, but want to let you know that I am almost a regular customer your outlet gives me fantastic vibe but some improvement are really required as nowadays it don’t at all gives me good vibe like it used to be please improve your outlet and as a consumer I feel to share my thoughts and improvements which are required for customer satisfaction. Although above all it’s just my personal thoughts and experience that I am sharing overall it’s a great outlet definitely you can spend the time how much you want to. I used to visit this place very often as i stay nearby...so i had this weird experience with the recent staff selection by mind tree corporation...the lady in the cafe doesnt know how to interact with the customer...i think before selection of the staffs mind tree should check the capability or serving and hospitality...the lady was rude to me ...when i enterd the cafe i wanted to sit for a while because i waiting for someone...but she said thrice " u have to order "...i mentioned her repeatedly that am waiting for my frnd..but as she was very adamant she asked me to order first then sit...i dont knw whether its a rule or something else..but i didnt liked the way she said it to me...after that iquite going to ccd ...and anothing happened when i reached in ccd lake twn...they provided me a darjeelingctea in a stained mug...gosh...is this is the way they provide service..would love to see the old staff back in ccd lake town..the...

Not a fan of this outlet of CCD. However, just as there are cons, this place has certain pros too, which include its ambiance, location and the minimum crowd. There are never too many people in this outlet and the seating is more or less comfortable. You can bring in your laptop/books to work/study peacefully without any disturbance, or can casually visit with friends to hang out. Not many food options available, especially in the display, however you could order sandwiches and other food items on the menu which is made there and served. The pricing is too steep for the quantity and quality of the drink/food items, especially when compared to other very decent cares opening up everywhere. Like most big chains, the pricing can be steep as long as there is good service and quality of drink/food items, if not the quantity. However, this is an issue with all branches of this brand. Giving a 2 star for the calm and chill ambiance of...
