Pathetic service. Never order from Salt Lake Sector 1 Branch. I had placed and order on 29/06/2019 amounting to INR 838.00 and instructed them to get a swiping machine for the transaction. The order was place at 7.44pm and it arrived at post 9pm. The delivery boy Amit Mondal, got a faulty swiping machine and told me he would be coming on 30/06/2019 to take the payment. I specifically told the delivery boy to get a functioning swiping machine the next day. On 30/06/2019 the delivery boy arrives without the swiping machine and demands that I pay in cash. I have no problem paying in cash but my point is that why did they place the order while me repeatedly telling them that I will be paying through a swiping machine and not by cash. Secondly, on 01/07/2019 the Store Manager Sanjoy Bhattacharjee calls me at 2.28pm at tells me that my payment is due. I tell him to send someone with a swiping machine and would make the payment. He says that he won’t send a swiping machine and I will only have to pay by Cash. This what you called customer service. A perfect example of arrogance and malpractice of Digital India. These 3 stars are only for the super tasty pizzas. They have all the pizzas available. The masala pizza collection is like wow - super tasty . I had Bhuna Murg Pizza and Chicken Butter Masala Pizza . Both tasted nearly same . Bhuna Murg Pizza had small chicken pieces with onions, capsicum and loaded cheese. Chicken Butter Masala Pizza had paprika and onions in it , it was a bit gravish and loaded with cheese. Superb experience of good food . But the behavior of the staff was really not acceptable. I wanted two regular pizzas which is known to be 99 /- each . They said the offer wasn't available even after it was visibly written everywhere . They took over 500/- for 2 regular pizzas and a Pepsi bottle. I said it was available on Ecospace branch then y not here and she argued unnecessarily. She could have said it is not available here instead. Afterwards she went inside and was discussing the same with someone and was cracking jokes on it loudly , I heard it clearly!
