Today i.e., on 18th March, 2025 I had a very bitter experience at Nan Dosa Pav Restaurant at Sector -5, Salt Lake City, Kolkata. The food is not up to the mark as compared to my earlier visit just a month or two ago. After having the food they earlier used to provide wash bowl but this time they didn't, giving a lame excuse that for South Indian food they don't provide wash bowl but they provide wash bowl after having North Indian food. This is just a baseless and illogical plea which gives a message that you cannot use your hand for having South Indian food. Moreover it is just surprising to note that the on duty Manager is taking the side of the Service Boy. Very poor management of staff seen at the Restaurant, wrong done on the part of service boys are deliberately ignored by the Manager and given more priority at the cost of customers...
