We had booked them for 3days and had to check out because of Horrible room and washroom conditions.
Rooms are untidy/ sheets are not clean/ torn pillow covers/ TV not working / unclean towels/ no toilet paper .
Even if you book this hotel do check their bathrooms properly. The flush was slower than you could imagine and once you flash you have to wait for atleast 15 mins to flush again. Day 1 will be okay then on day 2 the whole septic tank water will flow in reverse in your bathroom floor. So the Horrible experience begins you can't use basin / toilet as the more you use water the more you get septic tank water in your bathroom floor .
You call reception for anything they will reply you rudely.
All this you get when you have taken they best advertised rooms .

The receptionist and the staffs were just trying to extort money from the guests. The prices of the rooms are more expensive than mentioned online. They kept saying their server was down and that the roomrates online were wrong!!??? They kept saying that the room that i had booked (from agoda ₹1810) was unavailable and that the only available ones were the deluxe rooms (₹2800) They wouldn't even let me check the rooms.
Also they tried to scam another guest with his food bills and said that there was a 10% charge on EVERY ITEM that he ordered!?? When he confronted them they tried to make it seem like it was his mistake for ordering the food.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF SUCH...

The pictures posted on website were probably taken 20 years ago when the hotel was new. They use Thinner/Heavy chemicals to clean the rooms which makes it very difficult to even breathe and the floor feels so sticky while walking barefoot. When requested to clean they gave me Odonil Sachets. I had to checkout immediately. Pick a better place and request for current photos of the rooms to be updated on the portal.
