Find this newly opened cosy pub and craft cocktail bar in the Globsyn Crystal at Sector 5, Salt Lake. A perfect place to pair your tipple with their Peshawari Murgh Tikka, where soft and juicy chicken kebab is served crispy barista and special spice along with beetroot hummus and mint chutney. Meat-lovers, go for the Mutton Bowl for fall-off-the-bone tender meat with green peas pulao and salad. With gorgeous wood finishing, plush seats and laser lighting, The Spirits is excellent for night caps, intimate drinks with your mates or even a date.

You won’t miss meat when you tuck into the Tower of Monument, an open-faced crispy fried potato rosti seasoned with an almost Doritos-like chilli powder and topped with a dollop of spicy paneer tikka, ratatouille, spicy mint and tamarind chutney.

The Peshawari Murgh Tikka, might require a temporary break from that diet of yours. The incredibly tender pieces of chicken with a smoky and crisp top layer holding the flavourful melt-in-your-mouth moist meat will leave you helpless! It is first braised to pack in flavour, then grilled over charcoal to provide crisp edges and a good hit of smokiness. The Peshawari Murgh Tikka here are accompanied with beetroot hummus and mint chutney.

Delectable Mexican Pickled Tostada that’s balanced with salsha, sour-cream, guacamole and cheese. Their Mexican Pickled Tostada featuring smooth, house-made two layers of crispy flower tatia with creamy and cheese vegetables with delightfully tangy salsha. Veggie-lovers are not left out here — the Sahane Tandoor Veg sees tandoori malai-paneer tikka, atishi aloo, angari paneer and malai mirchi cigars served with jalapeno hummus and spicy mint chutney. The Narkel Chingri Risotto is made for those who fancy unique entrees but are mindful of the diet. No visit to The Spirits is complete without a taste of Narkel Chingri Risotto. One of the chef's international claim to fame, fresh sweet-water prawns see the Italian arborio rice cooked with spices, fresh tender coconut water, grated coconut & cheese. The Narkel Chingri Risotto is lightly spiced and cheesy but well flavoured tender coconut water, grated coconut with prawns cooked with the arborio rice.

The Spirits is located at the ground floor of Globsyn Crystal Building near Webel More, Saltlake Sector V.

📢Safety Measures- After opening the lockdown phase, The Spirits gives a lot of importance to the safety of its visitors. The main motto is "Safety comes before everything" which is really commendable. According to the guidelines of WHO, the safety checks are- 📌At the entrance, the body temparature is checked. 📌Everyone is requested to sanitize their hands with hand sanitizers before entering inside. 📌The dresses, bags & other belongings are properly sanitized with the sanitizer spray. 📌Everyone has to wear a face mask. 📌Properly sanitized cutlery, crockery & glasswares are used for cooking & serving the meal. 📌All the staffs are wearing mask, head cap & gloves.

📢Decoration- This is proper place for clubbing & partying. The huge interior is perfectly decorated. They have the sitting arrangements both at the groundfloor & upstair. There is a separate smoking zone is available. A bar counter is also there. Lights are properly placed. In short, there is the coolest ambience inside.

📢Food- We ordered for- 📌BBQ Chicken Wings- The food segment started with a bang! The tender chicken wings sauted in a bbq sauce. That flavour was just incredible!

📌Veg Dipper Box- This platter has 3 different types of veg starters- Smoke Potato Croquettes, Malai Cigar, Jalapeno Cheese Poppers. This box is served with 3 dips. Tasty platter it is!

📌Mexican Pickled Veg Toastada- Two layers of crispy small tortillas were topped with corns & finely chopped vegetables mixed with pickle, sauce & cream. Well, when you have this you can actually feel the brust of flavors inside the mouth.

📌Murgh Malai Marke- From the clayoven section of the menu card, I ordered for a chicken starter which is Murgh Malai Marke. Basically boneless chicken pieces are marinated with garlic paste, yoghurt, cheese & then cooked. This perfect starter is served with parsley hummus, masala onion salad & green sauce. Mouth watering!

📌Chicken Tikka Pizza- This thin crusted pizza is topped with smokey chicken tikka, bell peppers, onions & tomatoes & ofcourse a lot amount of cheese. Favourite! Favourite!

📌Grilled Chicken Steak- Perfectly marrinated chicken breasts cooked in flavorful sauce. Then served with smashed potato, boiled vegetables. The chicken pieces were so juicy. I am sure, once you have it you want to have it again & again.

📌Kung Pao Chicken- This is one of the famous chicken dishes in Chinese cuisine. Tender chicken pieces cooked in a flavourful gravy. This is a perfect example of the balance of of salty, sweet & spicy flavour.

📌Mix Meat Fried Rice- This fried rice has a good amount of egg, chicken & prawn. Perfect quantity & quality.

📌Mud Pie With Vanilla- Now coming to the last & the most favourite part. If a glass filled with tasty chocolate brownie, topped with a lot amount of vanilla ice cream & garnished with chocolate sauce & choco sticks, do you ask for anything more? The goodness of this item will definitely win your heart.
