Barista — Restaurant in Bihar

It is situated at the ground floor of the building beside Hotel Panache. As you can see the pic, the ambiance is quite good. There are good amount of room to roam between tables and chairs. For ordering you need to get inside and place your order at the counter which is common with other Barista, although, I felt the staffs are quite helpful. They will analyse the item you want and suggest other items, only if you ask them, based on your taste. They have decent amount of items on their menu. The taste of each order may vary, but mostly it is on the better side. We found Barista Frappe to be very good at this location. Since, it is near Gandhi Maidan, the front of the building has quite a good amount of space for parking. There is one thing which hit me was that even though there were no smoking area nearby, you will find smokers smoking cigarettes right in front of the café, beside some of the tables, which creates a bad environment, and there was nothing done by the staffs to move them from vicinity. All in all, it is very good place to hang out with your friends with some better than decent quality of consumables and have a really good quality time, if you are good with smokers smoking beside your table. Firstly its small and cozy. Its not a huge one but its certainly a cozy one. If you are one of those who likes to get together with a group of friends in a nice well lighted warm place you would prefer this place. There aren't many such places in Patna After all.

Secondly, it has an outdoor seating arrangement for anyone who wishes to sit out and enjoy the road and scenes of Gandhi maidan. I have seen plenty of people use this seating place for a smoke with friends.

Thirdly, I was pleasantly surprised to see Barista come up with a new drinking cup lid. Its sort of a small hole on a fully covered lid that allows you to drink just enough that there is no spill. That's kind of cool.

I went late at night so i couldnt sit there for long with my group. It was about to close for the day but overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Fourthly, the staff reception was okay here. It wasn't over the top nor extremely pleasant. But it wasn't bad or careless either. I would rate this aspect of this batista franchisee a good 4 out of 5. I feel I expected more maybe.

All in all it was a nice visit there and would definitely like to visit...

Didn't like the taste. Bad service. Ordered cappuccino and latte. The taste was bitter. I am not a coffee person but I had a fair share of coffee in my existence on this planet 😬... but none tasted awful like this. Also I had ordered noodles and the funny part is they serve packaged cup noodles if you don't know. No work ..no skills. Just add hot water and your 2 minute noodles is ready. Till now, not so good experience. To top on that, the service was also bad. We were asked to get up from the chair. We had brought one chair outside. And they asked to leave the chair as there are some policy. They could have waited a minute or two as we were about to finish. But nope they want it right now. If there are tables outside your premise then you should provide chair also, right? Seems like too...
