Would not recommend the place to anyone for poor food quality and service.

Last night I had the worst experience. Ordered Chicken Stroganoff and meatball spaghetti. Chicken Stroganoff was served with rice which was stale(Baasi), the chicken gravy was served on the rice so we couldn't even eat that. Smelled do bad we asked the waiter to change it, he brought another one the same smell and taste. We left the whole food. The waiter informed us they used a rice and ingredients which was made in the morning and we got our dinner at 9:20pm. It doesn't end there the Speghatti was very spicy, meatballs were not cooked, were very dry. By this time our dinner was ruined completely. We asked for the bill and the waiter added the chicken Stroganoff which we had not touched. We asked him that food and drinks we ate we're ready to pay for that not the Stroganoff because we couldn't eat. The cashier guy was the worse and taking our feedbad, he kept say the food is okay. I said smell it, why are we supposed to pay for something we didn't eat. These people were so unprofessional, no manager nor the chef came out. No one gave us the right food either which should've been eatable. It's such a shame, how even being a constant good customer there, I was treated poorly. I have been to the cafe several times and a very regular customer here because of two reasons : 1. It's pet-friendly and they have a pet menu. They serve good food. It breaks my heart while rating them with 1 star today and I am highly upset while writing this review. What they did today has made me loose my trust in the brand! I had a very hectic day so I ordered food for Nutella( my 1 year old toypoodle) from them. Nutella has been their regular since they opened here. It was his usual order - Rice with veggies and chicken sausages. I was shocked when I received the order. The food was cold,stale, smelled foul, the sausages were stinking and overall it was rotten!! Being a regular ,I didn't complain to Zomato but directly gave a call to the manager and I was shocked the way Chef tried to explain that they use basmati rice and high quality sausage and then they defended by saying that the dog is served cold only as if I am a very newbie and never made food for my dog or never ever been to their cafe! This is seriously not acceptable. If you are keeping a pet menu,respect the fact and serve good and fresh food to them. They can't speak but their parents have a voice and they know what's good or bad! Don't teach a pet parent anything to keep yourself safe. Don't make profits out of innocent speechless beings! I am highly disgusted today with your service ,behavior and negligence!! And I swear never to feed Nutella...
