Chocolat — Restaurant in Bihar

1.5 yr ago this chocolate shop was very good customer friendly...but now they are ruining their business....not even ready to accept the negative feedback .....it means that they are intentionally selling old stocks of choclates with new ones.........i have purchased in bulk as gifts for Corporates, they have given us Rotten and Chocolate with fungus inside.....when i came to know i went there to exchange the remaining stock with me.....but they straight away denied in such a way in which they tried to prove me that i m a liar.......One main guy started serving few good stock chocolates to his walkin customers.....i asked him to serve from same stock which was given to me. But he didn't...then i picked out one from my stocks and serve to same set of customers and they accepted that the choclate was having weired taste... they don't not allow to even open the decorative pack to see inside before buying it.........in beautifully decorated gift packs they are selling chocolates with fungus....... It is very shameful for us in Bihar, these new entrepreneurs is doing their business with unethical way.....only thinking to generate money from us without giving quality......and we are so simple consumer that we are getting fooled by these cunning businessmen at Bihar. Requesting not to just deny him from market....but requesting u all to first buy one, taste it tak the packed one .....bcoz they are not faithful...

The best place to hangout, have chocolates that you wouldn't find anywhere else in the whole of Bihar.

Infact I just realised that the only chocolates I really eat and gift are from this place. It's a common place to hangout for a lot of youngsters. The owner is usually present there and he has a knack of blending with his customers. Great to speak to and befriend. I have been going to this place for over 3 years now and this place has a great vibe each time. I love the vast variety of chocolates they have to offer,of which my favourite ones are the darkest ones. The single origins and other blends of natural chocolates with natural aroma and no added fragrance. The owner will guide you through them if you are keen enough to learn more about chocolates. He happens to be as passionate about his business and craft as I am with mine. You can go in there anytime it's open and you would transcend into a different world altogether with the blend of natural chocolate smell inside. It's a totally unique experience altogether. Must not miss this place in Patna if You're here. You will miss the chocolates they...

This place is tucked away in the Sinha Library lane opposite Maurya Lok. It's a small place with a prominent display board.

Interior: a cozy place ideal for a small group of friends (not more than 5).

Drinks: we ordered two chocolate shakes and a dark chocolate shot. The shot was ok. The shakes were very sweet. The quantity was more than what you would expect.

Customer Service: the Staff was courteous. Delivery speed is okay.

Ambience: Average
