Pal Hotel — Restaurant in Bihar

Very bad hotel..I will suggest you never ever visit this place ...worst hotel ever infact the worst experience of my life ...I visited here for having dinner today ...I went there I ordered a bottle of water then I went for menu.. whatever food I asked from them was not available there ..only alu paratha and chawal daal etc were available thus I wanted to left without having anything... when I went for paying 20 ruppes of water bottle..they asked us to eat something then only pay ..we said them clearly that we don't want to eat anything from their availability...they literally forced us to eat and only then pay the money and left the hotel...in rude way they said " ye kya majak chal rha h aaplog kuchh khaiye tb Paisa pay kijiyega aise 20 ruppes nhi pay lege...and we were forced to buy 2 parathas from them and pay whole amount of 150.....such a ridiculous behavior of stafs..

Pal Hotel is located near the Railway Station of Patna. Their staffs and workers are good in behavior. Restaurant have a fine working ACs. Food is also good and you can enjoy it there. There are few probems that i would have faced that is some parking problems, if there are so many customers then you will surely face parking problems. Also you have to wait for the next-order food if you feel you need to have some more. In Durga Puja, so so much heavy traffic and you will end up by leaving the place. Also, in food problems like i feel like some food was bit old and you also take charge for old materials. But you can enjoy the food there is no problem. Some bit old materials but still you can manage. And be in good behavior...

I recently had lunch at your restaurant, and I wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. I couldn't help but notice a few areas that could be improved. The taste of the food was quite average, and I found the pricing to be on the higher side considering the quality. It was surprising to see an additional charge for onion slices, which is usually offered complimentary at most places. Moreover, the hygiene of the place left something to be desired. I believe that these aspects play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience. It would be wonderful if these concerns could be addressed.
