I like this cafe, but i really hate one of the female staff's behaviour... Very CHEAP BEHAVIOR by her....

So, what happened is,

I'm actually a regular customer of this cafe, and I'm a tea lover.

So, you provide tea in two types of glasses : Regular glass and golden glass (copper glass) and you charge ₹.20/- per glass for tea.

I always prefer drinking tea in golden glass (Copper glass).

I said to one of your lady staff to strictly provide me in a golden glass(Copper glass).

But instead she always argue to give me a Regular glass, which isn't fair, I seriously don't understand why is she treating me like that??

She used to say that, the golden glasses (Copper glasses) are for other customers, not for me. I must drink only in Regular glass even if golden glass exists.

I don't think it's fair from that female staff, this is not the way l should be treated because I'm also a customer like others and l also pay for what I'm asking.... I don't get it for free, PLEASE UNDERSTAND 🙏

If this continues, then I'll stop coming to your cafe.

I feel very INFERIORITY in coming to your cafe.

I would actually thought of giving 5-Star rating to your cafe, but just because of one of your female staff I hate coming to your cafe.

The only thing which I liked in your cafe is : your TEA quality and of course your prices🤙🤙

I come weekly 3 times to ur Racecourse Velan kaappi to Drink a coffee But today morning At 9:45 I come to ur tea shop and Bill honey lemon tea and coffee the coffee master give only coffee and the master move tea Section I waiting for more than five minutes And I am asking where is lemon tea Master asked Token to me and I told I give already token to you check Master check the token and working lady also check the token and master ask the billing person he bill the lemon tea The billing person also tell no After check fully the bill is available in coffee section I am ask the master y are not seeing the bill the customer giving to you The lady asked cross question me and Shouting to me in your shop I told I am not give any bill to you I give only the master don’t Shout me

After i get the honey lemon tea I’m Unable to drink the honey lemon tea the lady give very Bad Behaviour and Loose Talks to me And he’s not have any sense to how to handle the customer And I Throw the lemon tea in your shop Basket the best success to shop is the customer certification only sum very bad working persons Behaviour u will loose the many customers And Today Onwards I’m leaving ur shop and I’m not Come return to your shop and my Friends...
