If Google had negative rating, I would have given them -5 stars for poorest service. I placed an order from this outlet online through website and after 20 mins they asked us to cancel the order as they didn’t have material (Ideally they should have cancelled from their end) so we told them to cancel from their end which they didn’t. Few seconds later we get a call from another person who said your order is on the way. So we thought we will get the order. 15 minutes later we called them again and they informed that machine caught fire (10 points for the excuse) so cancel the order from your end. Because of their poor website we couldn’t cancel the order. Half an hour later we again called them and they said the order was cancelled from your end and we informed them we have not cancelled the order and they aggressively told another staff person to deliver our order while we were on call and disconnected it without letting me complete my sentence. We lost hope after this and had our dinner. 40 minutes later delivery person arrived (what a happy ending) but unfortunately we had to refuse to take the order because it was not required anymore. So basically it took them 1 hour 40 min to deliver the order from 35 to 37 sector and that too after 3 calls and few lame excuses. Never gonna order from this outlet again. To my surprise, bill was not provided to which I had to relentlessly follow up as I had some doubts on amount I had been charged. It seemed inflated. And yes, there had been problem: I had been been charged extra for drink.
Went back to counter. Surprisely, the guys at counter including RM admitted however, they didn’t have any courtesy to apologise. Not at all emphatic with customers.
Drinks were all flat including Pepsi and mojito to which I raised specific concern. Again, seemed like they didn’t care and simply ignored this issue at hand.
There had been multiple experience disjoints. Like main restaurant is at basement however, no way to know about order status. You have to manually go up to check, wait and pick up your order.
Overall, pathetic experience. Next time - for sure, I wont be befooled by footfall here which is majorly due...

The quality of food is good when you are dining but I don’t why whenever i order online it started getting worse. The quality of fries looked like uncooked or so much oil in uncooked potatoes the quality of fries was so bad. And the chicken patty was too hard to chew and smell was coming from the chicken. I got sick after eating that but i left the food in middle still i got sick because i had some of that . i raised the complaint but the outlet refused to accept the issue. Seriously we pay so much money for fresh and tasty food but we are getting scammed in the name of food delivery. We are getting old, unhealthy food.
