Disappointed. This time. They deserved one star but given two because of the past good experiences. Had always loved Oven Fresh but this time all of us felt its quality and standards have degraded big time. We ordered cheese garlic breads. It was cheesy without any taste of garlic. When we pointed this out, we're told that it is how it should be. We still insisted to get one piece tasted by the chef. Later they replaced that one piece with the perfect cheese garlic bread. We questioned - why did they not serve this before? After this it was the Margherita pizza. It looked over cooked from its face and we immediately pointed this out but they maintained their stand that its okay. And it turned out to be not delicious at all. Lastly, the potato wedges were half cooked and bland too. We complained again and this time they accepted it. So, the lesson that we learned - taste a part of the dish you ordered as it comes in front of the waiter, point out the shortcomings, and don't believe everything the waiter says and the excuses or the stories they make. Get the dish replaced immediately. Oven Fresh isn't living up to its name and not keeping its promise of giving value for money. They didn't charge for the potato wedges, but our evening and my daughter's birthday...

Just walked out of the place after being absolutely insulted by the staff there! After informing a staff member at the door that we would place our order and wait till a table frees up.. we headed to seat ourselves at a side table momentarily. We also reconfirmed with them to ensure that we were the only people on the waiting list. After waiting for a while, we see a different couple getting seated before us. So we call a different staff - Mukesh Kumar to ask why we weren’t allotted that seat.. he proceeded to be arrogant and rude and told us that we shouldn’t have seated ourselves on the side if we wanted a seat and walked away mid conversation. Another ‘manager’ came to speak to us and Mukesh then proceeded to line up every staff member and mock us while pointing his fingers at us and questioned them as to who we had spoken to as though we were some culprits.

Came here with huge expectations, but couldn’t even get to placing the order because of 1 staff members incompetence and complete disregard...
