Super Donuts The American Eatery — Restaurant in Chandigarh

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had with Super Donuts, Sector 35. On April 16th at 11:30 PM, I purchased a Rainbow Cake worth ₹700 for my nephew’s 6th birthday. Unfortunately, when we cut the cake at 12 AM, we discovered it was not fresh and had a sour taste.

A birthday celebration that was meant to bring joy ended up being completely ruined—especially for a 5-year-old child who was extremely excited about his birthday cake. It was heartbreaking to see his mood turn because of something so basic that a reputed brand like Super Donuts should have taken care of.

This kind of irresponsible and unacceptable behavior is not expected from a brand that has made a good name in the food industry. I have the bill as proof of the purchase and will be escalating this issue further.

I sincerely hope that you take accountability and ensure no customer has to go through something...

I absolutely love this place.. The food here is delicious. Their wrap feels healthy (even though it is not, but who cares what is inside as long as it feels healthy) . Their burgers are amazing too. Of course, as the name suggests, it is famous for donuts, their dessert is delicious too. I tried their Biscoff cheesecake and it was amazing. Your Old Bakes definitely had the best cakes and, of course, the donuts- the only donut brand left at that place since Dunkin Donuts closed, you have a unique market position.

Still you can make a good comeback by maintaining your specialties while staying competitive, perhaps you could focus on enhancing your classic recipes with high-quality ingredients or introducing limited-time seasonal flavors.
