I recently ordered at TGIP CITY ROLLS and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory I can say worst.When I placed my order, I was not provided with a bill. However, when I went to pick up my order, the manager demanded to see the bill, which he had forgotten to issue in the first place.His approach was not only unprofessional but also arrogant. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and resolving the issue amicably, he insisted that I produce a bill that was never given to me. Spicy rolls, I ordered Paneer bhurji which was a BIG OFF for me. Instead of paneer bhurji it was carrying loads of onions, small paneer chunks with LOADS of spice. Was ordered for kids & we literally cried off with quality & spice. Above all the staff was not empathetic of my problem & shouldered off my review with 50% off NEXT time. The only rolls shop present in the GIP food court. They have loads of Veg and Non-Veg options at reasonable price. I have tried multiple non-veg rolls on various visits and they all were delicious.
