Horrible and Shocking Experience. This was undoubtedly the worst dominos pizza branch to exist. This branch deserves negative rating as the people are completely unprofessional, careless and egoistic. I visited this branch to treat my mother who was super hungry. The order had to placed by looking at the screen which moved way too fast for one to formulate what they want to order, instead of a proper menu. Then the cashier did not even know how to take my order properly. She literally said "I don't know how to add it in a combo" After looking at the screen and finally giving her my order, she asked me if I wanted ketchup to which I asked why are bottles not available since I was there for dine in and not delivery. She had the audacity to tell me that "Domino's had not provided them ketchup bottles, so how are they supposed to provide the customers". This has never happened with me till now. I argued with her that it is not the customers who are at fault and why should we pay for something when we are in the store. Well, we argued till 5 10 minutes after which I told her I'll write a review about the same, she immediately went to her senior and told him this. Came back and told me we will give you 2 ketchups. Like thank you so much, for a bill worth 615 Rs., I'll be getting 2 ketchups. Cherry on the top was that I waited there for 25 minutes before I lost my temper and asked her where my order is, because they were only concerned about the deliveries. I feel they are looting customers in the name of Domino's by not providing them the basics. Ketchup is as basic as it can be. The pizza was not at all upto the mark. I ordered cheese burst specifically for my mother but we were disappointed. The Cheese stuffed garlic bread was tasteless as well. I don't understand why Domino's does not take action against them. Pathetic center with no manager to supervise. This store should...

I ordered Domino's cheesy Volcano Pizza with peepy paneer toppings. There was a lot of cheese in the center. The crust was thin and crisp base, sets the stage for a deliciously indulgent experience. The star of the show is the cheese—the cheesy volcano, ensuring every bite is rich and satisfying.

Toppings were also delicious with cheesy delight and tangy sauce that adds a spicy kick, balancing out the creamy richness with a fiery burst. I don't know whether it was this one time only or this is their regular thing, I have never been to a Domino's outlet this bad.

As I entered, almost all the tables were unclean with leftover crumbs, seasonings and ketchup spills. It looked like the cleaning staff had taken the day off.

The staff is very rude and they don't easily listen unless you call the manager on board. I ordered a Peppy Paneer Cheese Bust Medium Pizza, Garlic Bread and Choco Lava Cake. The Pizza was literally cold and I was dining in at the restaurant. Such a thing has never happened to me before at any other Domino's outlet. The Garlic bread I ordered weren't as puffed as they are normally, making them hard to chew.

Thanks to them, the Choco Lava Cake was on point. Maybe because they don't have to do much with it.

I wonder why is Jubilant not looking into this outlet.
