KFC — Restaurant in Dadri

I had a terrible experience with this KFC outlet today. I ordered online at 7:49 PM for a Big 8 Bucket and 5 pieces of Smokey Red, but only received the Big 8 Bucket at 8:34PM. When I contacted the store, the assistant manager, Mr. Jeetpal, rudely insisted that the order was correct despite my repeated clarifications and even sharing the invoice.

Upon visiting the store at 9:30 PM, Mr. Jeetpal finally admitted the mistake but blamed the cashier instead of owning up to it. When I requested a replacement for the now-cold food, he flatly refused and accused me of eating the delivered chicken. He even went so far as to count the chicken pieces in front of other customers, which was humiliating and disrespectful.

As a regular customer, this experience has been devastating. The staff’s lack of accountability, unprofessionalism, and blatant disrespect have left a lasting bad impression. I will never visit this store again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

This is not the kind of service I expected from KFC, a brand that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. A truly disappointing experience.

This has been one of the most pathetic experiences I've had with any store or service. I placed an order on 27-Apr-2025, worth approximately ₹1567, with a promised delivery time of 2:49 PM. It’s now over 30 minutes past the promised time, and not only has the order not been delivered, but there has also been zero proactive communication from your end.

What’s worse — when I contacted customer support, instead of taking responsibility, they casually said, "your request is logged, someone will call you in 15 minutes." First, you take the customer’s money, then make them chase multiple teams just to get what was already promised. This is epic-level poor service and shows a complete lack of seriousness towards customer commitments.
