Yesterday, we visited at this kfc with my whole family and they serve the food first and later payment option without any billing and later they charged approximately 600₹ extra for 3 classic zinger burger which we didn't eat or order. We paid total amount of ₹2005.

Today again, I visited to complain why they charged more money from us for the 3 burgers which we didn't ate , they apologise and packed 3 burgers with additional one coke and Chicken roll. We paid extra 170₹ for that.

And what happened was that when we open at home to eat the 3 burgers and 1 Chicken roll, we found that they had packed us expire food items. What a horrible experience!

The KFC outlet is located inside The Food Street, which is a multibrand food court under the banner of Devyani International.

At present the complex is offering free valet parking. Outlet is wheelchair accessible. Ambience is same as other TFS outlets, that is good. The place was not too crowded.

All items in the KFC menu was available. The dine in experience was good but delivery exp was not so good at first, but the Manager listened to the complaint and his response was swift and satisfactory. All items served were fresh.

The best part with TFS is that u get multiple options under one roof. Besides KFC u get Pizza hut, MasalaTwist, Vango, Costa Coffee and Cream Bell. So one can easily find an option for everyone if with family or frnds.
