First thing was this outlet of nirulas was the worst, they didn't have donuts nor cone for ice creams, they were not providing shakes, and on top of that they were not accepting any kind of online payments, not UPI nor any kind of debit or credit cards only cash. Plus the portion they provide for money you give is so less. My advice is you better go to naturals ice cream or any other ice cream outlet brand. But certainly not Nirulas

Hot chocolate fudge ice cream is always delicious and has been consistently excellent over the last few decades. I tried the home delivery option and a brownie version of it last weekend after years, but it wasn’t so great though. The portions are much smaller and the prices have jumped drastically. Ordered ice cream multiple times from this outlet. They will either miss sending items, or send the wrong one! I ordered vanilla crunch but got plain vanilla.. please check the order before...
