Barista - Lajpat Nagar — Restaurant in Delhi

We stepped into Barista's one quiet morning seeking comfort in coffee. We ordered two brews, both hot and cold, they were perfect - strong yet gentle. But the sandwiches were as if the filling was days old, we were disappointed. The fillings lacked freshness, the sauce was unremarkable, and the bread was too crispy.

The barista, a solo performer in the morning's play, moved with a quiet confidence, he gave us a warm welcome. He crafted each drink attention, his hands moving in a deliberate dance. The atmosphere was peaceful, a refuge from the world outside, where the only sound was the soft hum of conversation and the gentle hiss of steam. In this moment, all felt right with the world.

Overall, Barista was a mixed experience - great coffee, but disappointing sandwiches. Still, the warm atmosphere and kind service made up for it. Maybe we'll try again another time, hoping for a perfect harmony of flavors...

First of all, Its a Franchise not an outlet. They are charging people more money while serving less quantity than the outlets. I bought 2Qty Barrrista (Regular) from them which they made with barely half a cup of milk and they charged me 242₹ for each of them while I get those from my city outlets for 182₹ each with quantity equal to both the drinks they served. Also they Barista Frappe is 225₹ in my city whereas they are charging approx 340 for the same. So, I request Delhiites to be aware of such “Franchises” and what they are charging you and what they are serving you. I highly doubt whether they use original coffee beans from Barista or some...

I had visited Barista at Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, and found it to be a great experience. The food was sumptuous, the coffee tasted great, and above all, excellent customer service given by the executives at the counter, namely Sakshi, Rajesh and Tarun. They were very cordial and caring. A very pleasant experience that i felt worth mentioning.

Keep up the good work Barista. It was much needed in Lajpat Ngr.
