Cafe Coffee Day — Restaurant in Delhi

Hi I am writing this review after visiting 2 times to same place. I ordered 2 cappuccino and banana chips and chocolate cookie. On first visit, I did not had very good experience on service as I ordered coffee and got after 15-20 minutes but that was fine I understand sometimes due to rush it happens, but on 2nd visit I had a terrible experience. Now this time as soon as open chocolate cookie it had stale smell so told the person who was delivering the coffee to please give something else as it was not right. Once he ignored my request so I thought there might be some confusion so he told me speak to person at billing. After I finish my coffee I went to the person and request him to change to banana chips or refund either ways suits your billing. So on upfront he denied to do the same. I requested again as it is matter of eatable and one cannot eat stale products because I will fall sick if I do so. So he replied we are selling everyday and it cannot be stale. So I again requested the person why don’t you try one of cookie which I did not touch and give feedback. So he replied I will not try and I will not take it back very rudely. Now, it got into my nerves and I said this is not right now and let people know by my actual review what kind of service is this. I went there to work on Republic Day holiday. The staff is highly arrogant and act as though they are some demigods discipling customers, right from taking orders to loudly talking among themselves taunting me about my order of tea. It was a near deserted Cafe yet the waiter rudely literally "ordered" me to order after about 2 hours. This was fairly reasonable demand from a front end executive of a commercial cafe, but their manner was extremely arrogant/disrespectful especially given cafe was a deserted scene. The waiter literally pulled away my things from the tray and literally ordered "order kijiye!" Said I should keep making fresh orders when i pointed out about the cafe being deserted!! But the most concerning part was with the second order. Within minutes of having my tea, I found a cockroach in my drink! I went up to the staff and politely asked them to boil it. He didn't say a thing, let alone apologize. So I repeated with my request to boil (still without eliciting a response). I went back to my seat and a waiter quietly put a filled tea cup beside me, without a word. Later when I accosted him again about it, at first he pretended to forget. 26th September, I’m always upset when I enter this store. The only place where their coffee tastes good is at the Fitness First gym, where it’s enjoyed in small white paper cups. I very much appreciate the space here. I very much appreciate the founder’s name. Solid decor here, and it’s all mine. It’s my decor. This here is my living room priced per visit, whatever is on the menu.

I know, I get it Gautam. You have a terrible coffee chain in India. Bankrupt. Lowest person on the totem pole. I’m sure promises are made when you disrupt my internet service. It’s okay Gautam. Imperial Gautam will make things right. We can only place our faith in Imperial Gautam. I’d fix the latte.
