Well, bikanerwala is like the go to place for half of the people around. Shopping in lajpat nagar is kind of incomplete without visiting this place. As i have been to the outlet,(gazillion times) i will review it on TASTE, AMBIENCE, SERVICE and a MUST HAVE dish.

TASTE Our order is always staple after trying much of the items on their menu now. We ordered TANDOORI SIZZLER, HONEY CHILLI POTATAO, HOT COFFEE and LEMON ICED TEA!

The tandoori sizzler/platter is delicious, no complaints, it is pretty filling.

The honey chilli potato were as they should be, crispy, spicy but with a twist of sweetness by the honey, favrouite.

The hot coffee was nice but the lemon iced tea was not for my palate i guess but was good for people who love tanginess.

SERVICE The service is good, although it can not be generalised as it also depends on how crowded the place is but, it is pretty decent.

AMBIENCE It is a typical bikanerwala kind of an outlet if you know what i mean, indeed vey spacious and clean but they need to keep their washrooms a little cleaner to be honest.

MUST TRY For me the tandoori platter/sizzler is a must must try here.

You all must have heard the name of Bikanarwala. I reached Lajpat Nagar by Pink Line Metro, I thought to be eaten at Bikanarwala.When I entered inside, the guard standing in the restaurant gate checked my temperature and sanitized the hands. Later, when I was placing an order in the counter, the counter man spoke rudely and behaved strangely. I did not like this attitude towards customer, I have seen it many times. But such staff are many, but few are good. You visit and will see for yourself the restaurant's condition. I ordered 1 Masala Dosa and 1 Paneer Paratha and another 1 Aloo Paratha at Bikanarwala, Lajpat Nagar. When I saw the restaurant kitchen, the situation was not worth seeing. Kitchen staff were not wearing masks and were not cooking cleanly. I am very sad to see that the restaurant staff makes food that is not hygienic. I am not going to come in this restaurant. I did not have a good experience in Bikanerwala, Lajpat Nagar. I want the restaurant kitchen to be checked everyday and the food inspector should visit.
