Just came back after having Kulchas at Kulcha culture in Lajpat Nagar on this Sunday afternoon. I am really shocked to have pathetic experience though it was my first and will now be “last time” in this chain. We ordered 4 Kulchas - 2 mix kulcha , 1 Hariyali Kulcha and 1 Nutri Kulcha. We wait for “40 MINUTES” for NuTri Kulcha and in the end we have to cancel our order. The staff was not at all supportive. She gave attitude saying Yeah ok cancel it because we were continuously asking - how much time it would take further ? When we will get our order? In the end we pay bill without creating any nuances but I told the restaurant owner that your service and experience is Pathetic.
He told me that they do not have the chef to prepare Nutri. My question is then why you haven’t told the customer in the very first place ? We have not came to waste our time in your place.
Sorry guys , especially all the Lajpat Nagar and near by folks Please do not go to this place , they will kill your experience , vibe and mood.
There are plethora of options on google & Zomato for Kulcha. Go check them out and Do NOT go to this place. I have seen the chef in kitchen from my table and he didn’t had any gloves, mask or hair cap. So you if you want to play with your health and not worries about hygiene , feel free to go to this place to get unhygienic food, super flop service , uncourteous staff and Cheap quality ingredients food.

Read moreKulcha Kulture offers a commendable culinary experience, particularly for enthusiasts of authentic Punjabi cuisine. The star of the show is undoubtedly the kulchas, which are consistently praised for their crispy exterior, fluffy interior, and generous, flavorful fillings. The variety is impressive, ranging from the classic Aloo Pyaaz to more innovative options, ensuring there's something to satisfy most palates. The accompanying chole and chutneys are well-spiced and complement the kulchas beautifully, creating a hearty and satisfying meal. The ambiance is clean, vibrant, and welcoming, with a modern take on Punjabi culture that adds to the dining experience. However, the experience isn't without its minor flaws. While the service is often friendly and efficient, it can be longer (around 30 mins in our case) during peak hours, leading to longer waiting times. The pricing, although reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, might be perceived as slightly on the higher side for what is traditionally considered street food. Additionally, while the focus on kulchas is their strength, the rest of the menu, though decent, doesn't always reach the same heights as their...

From the classic Amritsari Aloo Kulcha to flavorful varieties like Half & Half , Patty Kulcha etc, every bite is bursting with authentic taste. Their Satvik Kulcha options (no onion, no garlic) are a thoughtful addition, catering to those with dietary restrictions without compromising on flavor.
What really elevates the experience is the ambience—bright, clean, and infused with Punjabi pop-culture vibes. It’s perfect for a casual lunch, family outing, or even a quick solo indulgence.
